The evaporator coil is a heat exchanger built with copper pipes connected with aluminum fins.此管保证制冷剂在蒸发器盘管均匀分布。蒸发器盘管是与铝肋片联接的铜管组成的热交换器。The regulation of the amount of refrigerant coming into the coil via the expansion valve results in a quick reduction in the pressure of the refrigerant, which by evaporating, cools the tubes and fins, and with them, the air around them. Two evaporators motor fans (24) blow this air into the saloon through the ducting set.进入盘管里的制冷剂量的经由膨胀阀调整,使制冷剂的压力迅速降低,经过蒸发,冷却管和散热片及其周围空气。两个蒸发器电扇(24)吹动此空气通过管道进入旅客车厢。Cold gases go out of the evaporator at low pressure through the suction line and enter it is then routed through the heat exchanger (23) to the compressor (1).冷气以低压离开蒸发器通过吸入管线,然后经过热交换器(23)到压缩机(1)。The heat exchanger is intended to transfer heat between liquid refrigerant leaving the condenser on the high pressure side of the system and refrigerant vapor leaving the evaporator on the low side.热交换器是用来传递液体制冷剂从系统高压侧离开冷凝器和气态制冷剂从低压侧离开蒸发器之间的热。The compressor suction and discharge lines have been provided with vibration eliminators (11 and 18 respectively) in order to reduce noise and vibration transmission along the hard piping system.压缩机的吸气和排出管线带有振动消除器(11和18分别的),以减少噪音和振动沿着硬管线系统的传递。The high (29) and low (28) pressure service valves make possible to connect gauges to verify the working pressures of the HVAC system, and they are also useful to carry out maintenance operations such as purging, vacuuming and charging the refrigerant in the circuit.高压检修阀(29)和低压检修阀(28)可以连接量表以校验HVAC 系统的工作压力,也用来执行维修工作比如回路里的清洗,真空吸尘和制冷剂充装。Two pressure-activated switches (9 & 10) and two pressure transducers (6 & 7) are incorporated in the compression process of the refrigeration cycle.
