Access to the CCTV Monitoring Room should be generally restricted to authorized monitor associates and technical staff involved with the management of the system.仅限于操作监控设备的与昂或技术人员可以进入监控中心。2. Any staff need to view the surveillance video, must fill in the the surveillance video view application form in advance, and signed by department head, security manager and general manager, so that refer to the video in CCTV center.任何需要查看监控录像的员工，必须要事先填写监控录像查看申请表，并由部门总监、保安部经理及总经理签字同意方可进入监控中心查阅录像。3. Monitors must not be located in such a position as would enable public view.监控中心应设立在远离公共区域的地方。4. A shift log, which records the associates tasked to monitor and control the equipment each shift must be maintained.每个班次的记录本都应该记录员工摄像任务的内容，并且做好设备维护记录。5.
