北师范大学高中英语模块7教学案例Unit 20 Lesson1 The World Online一.教材和教学对象分析1.教材内容:本例中,高中英语模块7单元20 the world online主要讨论网络对我们生活的影响。通过对这一部分的学习,学生可以扩大知识,更多地了解网络使用情况,加强阅读能力,综合使用所学知识,参与讨论问题和解决问题的能力。2.教育学院奖分析:高二学生经过一年多的高中英语学习,已经具备了一定的英语水平,一些学生可以比较自由地表达自己对某些事物的看法;另外,有些学生在掌握几个核心单词的基础上,发表了对特定话题的独特见解,学生之间的合作学习也发展得很好。二、教学设计I .培训目标(teaching aims)。1.to discuss the positive and negative things2.to gain some knowledge about internet use,practice their reading skills and improve their overall ability by partiicipating in the activities3.to put the skill in read strategies into practice。二.teaching important and difficult points。1.how to encourage them to fully participate in the discussion。2.how to help them apply what they have learned to the use。t恤ching AIDS。multi-media,blackboard.Teaching procedures。(培训阶段)Step One: Brainstorming。(this step aims at arousing students interest And preparing them for the topic,at the same time improving their listening And speaking And speaking And)step two 3360 Lead-in。t : do you like to use the internet?What do you usually use it for?how do you search for the information you want?can you always find the information you want?Do you chat on the internet often?what do people offten talk about in a chat room on the internet?what do you think of making friends online?步长: reading comprehension。(this step is to put the reading strategy into practice)t : ask students to go through the two speeches as quickly as possible and try to find answers to the three questions in part a . remember only focust : howwell did you understand the arguments made by the speakers?read the facts below and write down the argument each fact supports。step four : post reading(debate)t : ask students to role-play the debate . in order to have more students participate in the activity,You can divide students into groups of foupIf possible,Encourage more able students to make some changes or add their own opinions to the debate . ask them to make the written speeches into antothen ask several groups to present their debates to the class .hold a competition between the groups。the one with the best debating skills wins。Step Five: Homework。1.ask students to focus on part e . it is an e-mail written by a university student to his mother,which aims to consolidate the knowledge the student2.do parts a1 and a2 on page 118 of the workbook,so they can be more familiar with the usages of some important words and phrases learnt in this section三.教学反思。新课程背景下学生的作用发生了根本性的变化,要从原来的被动听,记忆转变为主动参与。通过自学分组讨论、分工合作、调查采访、信息搜索、交流报告等,用英语进行工作,提出学习成果,创造性地执行学习任务,培养综合利用语言的能力。英语教育要接近现实。本节内容the effects of the internet on our lives的内容互联网对我们生活的影响,这正是现在学生们非常重视的。设计教学活动时,设计了辩论之类的活动,给了学生充分的空间发表自己的观点。因为本文内容的基础是铺垫,学生
