It comprises of the Foam / Deluge / Fire Main Pump, Deluge Valve, Hoses and the Nozzles which settled at BOP Storage & Service Area and Drill Floor. （井口）海水喷淋系统是钻井平台固定防火系统的一部分。它由泡沫/喷淋/消防泵、雨淋阀、软管和安装在防喷器储存服务区及钻台区域的喷嘴构成。 This system is supplied by Foam / Deluge / Fire Main Pump. 该系统要由泡沫/喷淋/消防泵供给。 When fire occurring, sea water from Foam / Deluge / Fire Main Pump will supply to the nozzles at BOP Storage & Service Area and Drill Floor. The Nozzles spray water as certain angle to cover the fire area and extinguishing the fire. 当发生火灾时，来自泡沫/喷淋/消防泵的海水供应到防喷器储存服务区及钻台区域的喷嘴上，喷嘴以一定角度喷出海水来覆盖火灾区灭火。 Dalian Shipbuilding Industry cover any equipments on affected areas.提前24小时通知所有的受影响区域的分包商和工作人员完成他们的工作并妥善处置该区域的设备。6.1.2Piping and Nozzles inspection installation report complete.确认管系和喷嘴安装检验完成。6.1.3Ensure Deluge Valve inspecting installation report complete.确认雨淋阀安装检验完成。6.1.4Pumps inspecting installation report complete.确认泵安装检验完成。6.1.5Electrical inspection installation report complete.确认电气安装检验完成。6.1.6Ensure the sea water system is ready for operation.确保海水系统处于待命状态。6.1.7Ensure all electrical equipment at the affected testing area to be removed or covered with waterproof canvas to prevent any damage to the machines.确保受影响的试验区域内的所有电气设备都已经移走或已用防水帆布盖好，防止机器被损坏。6.2DELUGE VALVE FUNCTIONAL TEST雨淋阀功能试验6.2.1Informed all personnel involve that the test is about to begin.通知所有相关人员试验即将开始。6.2.2Start the Foam / Deluge / Fire Main Pump.启动泡沫/喷淋/消防泵6.2.3Ensure the Deluge Valve is operating according to design pattern.确保雨淋阀操作方式符合设计模式。6.2.4Stop the Foam / Deluge / Fire Main Pump.关闭泡沫/喷淋/消防泵6.3DELUGE FUNCTIONAL spray and covering areas, record observations in Table 2.0.检查所有喷嘴喷射情况及覆盖区域，将观察结果记录在表2.0中。6.3.4Record the pump discharge pressure in Table 2.0.将泵的排放压力记录在表2.0中。6.3.5Stop the pump once all nozzles have been checked.所有喷嘴都检查无误后停止泵。6.3.6Above test for Drill Floor Water Deluge System should also be carried out.对钻台喷淋系统进行上述试验。6.3.7After test, the test area should be cleaned by using freshwater and keep
