外文翻译毕业设计题目:液体动压滑动轴承试验台原文1:Researchonthereliabilityofslidingbearingsupportinaswash-platetypeaxialpistonwaterhydraulicpump译文1:研究的可靠性,滑动轴承支撑斜盘式轴向柱塞泵型水液压原文2:Applicationofcomputationalfluiddynamictomodelthehydraulicperformanceofsubsurfaceflowwetlands译文2:应用计算流体动力学模型来模拟地下水流水力性能的湿地Researchonthereliabilityofslidingbearingsupportinaswash-platetypeaxialpistonwaterhydraulicpumpYinF.L.,NieS.L.CollegeofMechanicalEngineeringandAppliedElectronicsTechnologyRuanJ.Logisticsdepartmentofthe92962tharmyPeoplesLiberationArmyofChinaBeijingUniversityofTechnologyBeijing100124,CRuanJ.Logisticsdepartmentofthe92962tharmyPeoplesLiberationArmyofChinaBeijingUniversityofTechnologyBeijing100124,CGuangzhou510700,CAbstractInthispaper,twokindsofdifferentslidingbearingsupportstructureincludingatraditionalcross-shaftandasemi-shaftaredesignedforawaterhydraulicpump.Thecharacteristicsofthetwoslidingbearingsineachstructurearecalculated.Bycomparison,itisfoundthattheworkingconditionsofthetwoslidingbearings,especiallythepvvalue,inthesemi-shaftsupportstructureareneartobeidenticalinthecross-shaftone,whichwillbehelpfultoprolongtheirservicelife.BasedontheStress-strengthinterferencetheory,areliabilitycalculationmodelofthefrictionpairbetweentheshaftandslidingbearingsisproposed.Theanalysisresultsindicatethatthesemi-shaftslidingbearingsupportisbeneficialtolargelyraisetheinherentreliabilityofthewaterhydraulicpumpaswellastheservicelifeofthepump.Keywordswaterhydraulicpump;slidingbearing;pvvalue;Reliability.IntroductionWaterhydraulicsystemisoperatedwithrawwater(puretapwater)substitutingformineraloil.Suchsystemsarebecomingmoreandmorepopular,especiallyinthefieldsofsteelandglassproduction,nuclearpowergeneration,coalandgoldmining,foodandmedicineprocessing,oceanexploration,andunderwaterrobotics.Comparedwithconventionalmineraloil,rawwaterthatactsashydraulicfluidhasseveralinherentadvantages,includinglowoperatingcost,soundenvironmentalcompatibility,non-flammability,andlowpollutionpotentialtoproducts1-2.Waterhydraulicaxialpistonpump(WHAP)isoneofkeypowercomponentsinwaterhydraulicsystems.Thereareseveralchallengingissuesassociatedwiththepump,suchasconflictsbetweenlubricationandwear,andbetweensealingandleakage.Especially,shaftandbearingsformkeyfrictionpairs,whichwillresultinsignificantinfluencesonthepumpsperformance.Generally,thehydrodynamicslidingbearingisextensivelyusedforsupportingthewaterhydraulicpumpsshaft.Therefore,inordertoimprovethepumpsefficiencyandreliability,itiscrucialtostudytheforcedistributionofslidingbearingsthoroughly.Accordingtohydrodynamiclubricationtheory,thecriticalpoints,whichsatisfiesthewearresistanceforslidingbearingandshaftofWHAPincludes:(1)Anoptimalloaddistributedstrategyshouldbeusedtodetermineoptimaldimensionsforachievingtheevendistributingoftheload.(2)Severalsuitablematerialsshouldbeselectedtomeetthewaterlubricationworkingconditionsandtoensurealonglifewithlowerfrictionlosses3.Theconceptsofbothstressandstrengthrelatingtoreliabilitydesignaregeneralized.Inthispaper,thereliabilityofslidingbearingsupportwillbeinvestigatedusingStress-strengthinterferencemodeltocalculatethereliabilityvalueoftheslidingbearings,whichwillincludetheeffectoftheflowfluctuationinWHAP.II.DescriptionofslidingbearingsupportFigure(a)showsaschematicofatypicalcross-shaftsupportingstructure.Thecylinderblockissupportedontheshaft.Twoslidingbearingsarelocatedonthecylindersleftandrightendstosupporttheshaft.Figure(b)showsaschematicofanoveldesign,whereasemi-shaftsupportingstructureisemployed.Thefrontslidingbearingisusedtosupporttheinputshaft(splineshaft).Andtherearslidingbearinginsidethecylinderisusedtosupportthecylinderblock.Inthesemi-shaftsupportstructure,thesplineshaftandcylinderareinterferencefit,andtheyarecombinedbyaspline.Duringpumprunning,themotordrivesinputshaftrotating,bringingalongtherotationofthecylinder.Becauseofthepresenceoftheangleofswashplate,thewhirlingmotionofthecylinderistranslatedintostraightreciprocatingmotionofthepistons.Whenthecylinderrotatedaperiod,thepistonsreciprocatearound-triptocompleteaprocessofsuctionanddischargeofthepump.(a)cross-shaftsupport(b)semi-shaftsupportFig.1
