1.1、冲压工艺与模具的发展方向

1.1.1、成形工艺与理论的研究

近年来,冲压成形工艺有很多新的进展,特别是精密冲裁、精密成形、精密剪切、复合材料成形、超塑性成形、软模成形以及电磁成形等新工艺日新月异,冲压件的精度日趋精确,生产率也有极大提高,正在把冲压加工提高到高品质的、新的发展水平。前几年的精密冲压主要市是指对平板零件进行精密冲裁,而现在,除了精密冲裁外还可兼有精密弯曲、拉深、压印等,可以进行复杂零件的立体精密成形。过去的精密冲裁只能对厚度为5~8mm以下的中板或薄板进行加工,而现在可以对厚度达25mm 的厚板实现精密冲裁,并可对σb >900MPa的高强度合金材料进行精冲。

由于引入了CAE,冲压成形已从原来的对应力应变进行有限元等分析而逐步发展到采用计算机进行工艺过程的模拟与分析,以实现冲压过程的优化设计。在冲压毛坯设计方面也开展了计算机辅助设计,可以对排样或拉深毛坯进行优化设计。

此外,对冲压成形性能和成形极限的研究,冲压件成形难度的判定以及成形预报等技术的发展,均标志着冲压成形以从原来的经验、实验分析阶段开始走上由冲压理论指导的科学阶段,使冲压成形走向计算机辅助工程化和智能化的发展道路。

1.1.2、为了满足制件更新换代快和生产批量小的发展趋势

发展了一些新的成形工艺(如高能成形和旋压等)、简易模具(如软模和低熔点合金模等)、通用组合模具和数控冲压设备等。这样,就使冲压生产既适合大量生产,也同样适用于小批生产。

1.1.3、不断改进板料性能,以提高其成形能力和使用效果

例如研制高强度钢板,用来生产汽车覆盖件,以减轻零件重量和提高其结构强度。


1.2、我国模具技术的发展趋势

当前,我国工业生产的特点是产品品种多、更新快和市场竞争激烈。在这种情况下, 用户对模具制造的要求是交货期短、精度高、质理好、价格低。因此,模具工业的发展的趋势是非常明显的。 

1.2.1、 模具产品将日趋高精度化、大型化、复杂化

模具产品成形零件的日渐大型化,以及由于高效率生产要求的一模多腔(塑封模已达到一模几百腔)使模具日趋大型化。

随着零件微型化,以及模具结构发展的要求(如多工位级进模工位数的增加,其步距精度的提高)精密模具精度已由原来的5μm提高到2~3μm,今后有些模具加工精度公差要求在1μm以下,这就要求发展超精加工。
