1、特殊分类账配置手册配置过程1、 定义表组-GCIN路径：财务会计（新）-特殊功能分类账-基础设置-表-定义-定义表组定义过程参见特殊分类账实现集团现金流量表合并配置手册2、 定义分类账-GCL1路径：财务会计（新）-特殊功能分类账-基础设置-主数据-分类账-定义分类账说明：需要为分类账分配如下内容：98766454321【1】 将表组分配给分类账【2】 将公司代码分配给分类账【3】 分配作业类型（SAP系统业务分类以作业形式体现，如手工凭证作业为RFBU、销售开票作业为SD00），可以将某一类作业分配给分类账；【4】 选择字段移动（SAP系统分固定字段和可变字段，固定字段是系统默认无法修改，可

2、变字段用户可以根据自己需要选择相应字段，后面有详细说明）【5】 分类账的附加选择（GCVZ维护），类似于过滤器。可以设置条件，只有满足条件的数据才能进入分类账，当然如果所需的记账打勾的话，此功能失效。【6】 记账标识u 1 标示记账时同步更新分类账；u 2 标示记账时不更新分类账，通过GCU1进行更新；u 3 标示记账时同步更新分类账，可以用GCDE删除，可以通过GCU1进行更新；【7】 与记账不相关检查：主要检查分类账可用性；【8】 写入行项目：此标志可以在分类账级别设置，也可以在公司代码设置。如果在分类账级别设置，公司代码级别设置无效，判断是否写入实际行项目表；【9】 所需的记账：作业、字

3、段移动、记账标识等设置，可以直接分配给分类账，也可以分配给公司代码；如果所需的记账选上，则分类账附加选择无效（即凭证所有项目都进入分类账）；3、 维护字段移动-GCF1路径：财务会计（新）-特殊功能分类账-基础设置-主数据-维护字段移动说明：SAP字段移动分“固定字段移动”和“可变字段移动”，此处类似SD中的信息结构，固定字段是系统默认好的，用户无法更改。用户可以对“可变字段”进行增添或增强；3.1 固定字段移动：SAP针对固定字段移动貌似可以进行修改，点新条目后其实无法添加。Note：In this step, you can define which fields of a sender
