摘 要C6150 机床是能对是对轴、盘，环等多种类型工件进行多种工序加工的卧式车床，适合小批量的车削零件加工。常用于加工工件的内外回转表面、端面和各种内外螺纹。机床的进给系统主要包括进给箱和溜板，是影响机床加工精度的重要因素。进给箱机是改变机床切削时的进给量或改变表面形成运动中刀具和工件相对运动关系的机构。溜板箱是将丝和光杠传递的旋转运动转变为溜板箱的直线运动并带动刀架进行进给运动。本次设计是以 C6150 机床为研究对象，设计其进给系统的结构。设计的思路是先通过分析机床主要技术参数来确定机床进给系统的方案， 再对机床的进给箱和溜板箱的结构进行分析设计，以及对箱体内主要零部件设计及校核，最后再详细阐述机床进给箱和溜板箱的运动过程。本文对机床的进给系统的主要结构进行了设计与说明。先是对电机进行了选型，再对机床进给箱和溜板箱内部主要轴及轴上零件进行了设计及强度校核并且对机床进给箱以及溜板箱的工作过程进行了详细的说明，最后确定了 C6150 机床进给系统的结构。关键词：机床进给系统进给箱 溜板箱IIAbstractC6150 machine tool is a horizontal lathe that can process various types of workpieces such as shaft, disc, ring and so on. It is suitable for small batch turning parts processing. It is commonly used to process internal and external rotary surfaces, end faces and various internal and external threads of workpieces.The feed system of the machine tool mainly includes feed box and slide plate, which is an important factor that affects the machining accuracy of the machine tool. The feeding box machine is a mechanism that changes the feed rate of machine tool cutting or changes the relative movement relationship between the tool and workpiece during the movement of the surface. The sliding plate box changes the rotational motion of the wire and the light bar into the linear motion of the slide box, and drives the tool carrier to feed. This design takes the C6150 machine tool as the research object, and designs the structure of its feed system. The design idea is to determine the program of the machine tool feed system by analyzing the main technical parameters of the machine tool, then analyze and design the structure of the feed box and the slide box, and the design and check of the main parts in the box. Finally, the movementprocess of the feed box and the slide box is expounded in detail.The main structure of the feed system of the machine tool is designed and explained in this paper. First, the motor is selected, then the design and strength check of the main shaft and shaft of the machine tool feed box and the slide box are checked, and the working process of the feed box and the slide box is explained in detail.
