10、， 是语文实践活动的重要形式，可以巩固课内所学过的读写知识，提高阅读和写作水平。 前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过： “让学生变聪明的方法，不是补课，不是增加作业量。而是阅读，阅读，再阅读。” 国内外母语教育的实践证明：阅读是母语教育的核心环节。只有经过广泛的阅读和大量的积累，才能真正学好母语。正因此，我国的各个省市都很重视儿童阅读的教育与研究。华中师范大学教科院夏家发老师提出了 “以学生为主体的课外阅读指导 ”，厦门市教科所苏文本先生等对 “小学生大语文课外阅读活动模式 ”进行了思考与实践，浙江教育学院汪潮教授等对 “小学生课外阅读现状 ”进行了调查与研究 这些都为本课题的研究，提供了许多有益的

11、参考与借鉴。以上论述，对于我们搞好小学语文课外阅读活动，进行提高小学生课外阅读的实效性研究，都具有重要的指导意义和实践价值。但总的来说，因为应试教育的观念和制度未完全消除和改变，相关理论研究的相对滞后，所以目前还没有在小学阶段建立起一个科学的课外阅读实践活动课程体系。（二）课题研究的意义和价值长期以来，尽管许多专家、学者呼吁加强对学生的课外阅读，苏联著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾经这样说过：如果学生的智力生活仅局限于教科书，如果他做完了功课就觉得任务已经完成，那么他是不可能有自己特别爱好的科学的。 是啊，因此我们必须力争 “使alleviationcrucial furtherdevelopment

21、于强调工具性，课外阅读没能得到应有的重视。阅读是精神生活的源泉，课外阅读本应成为学生语文学习的一个重要组成部分。同时我们又发现小学生在阅读过程中不同程度地存在着诸多问题。这些问题的存在，对课外阅读的开展和阅读的有效性产生严重的负面影响。缺乏阅读兴趣，阅读时间少，不注重阅读的方式方法，教师和家长只重视学生课业不重视课外阅读是阻碍学生扩大阅读范围、提高阅读效率的主要表现。因此，提高课外阅读的有效性，是社会环境、学校教育、学生成长的需要。首先，良好的阅读习惯是终身学习的基石。新的语文课程标准十分重视让学生去认识中华文化的丰厚博大，吸取民族文化智慧。要求培养学生探究性阅读和创造性阅读的能力， 提倡多角

32、学生课外阅读兴趣的激发和有效地进行自主课外阅读方法的指导 , 充分开发和利用各种阅读课程资源，实现指导阅读和课外自主阅读教育的衔接和整合，是我选择本课题研究的初衷。 目的在于培养学生爱读书的兴趣，让学生养成自主读书的好习惯， 全面提高学生的语文素养。 开展有意义的课外阅读活动， 可以帮助学生扩大视野， 增加知识积累， 促进思想品质和智力的健康发展。在全面推行素质教育的今天， “减负”使得学生课外阅读的时间更加充分。课外阅读是课内阅读的延伸与扩展， 是语文教学不可缺少的一部分。 当前，中小学生的课外读物并不多， 而且缺乏必要的指导， 他们的课外阅读状况确实令人担忧。 因此，教师在提高课内教学质量

42、bor income jump more and more（三）课题研究的目标：1、。1 、初步学会选择适合自己阅读的课外读物，感受阅读的乐趣， 使阅读成为自己一种主动的、 快乐的行为。2、构建科学、规范、有效的小学课外阅读模式，促进我校办学特色的形成。打造书香班级，营造书香校园。3、在阅读活动中，进一步提高阅读速度；对文章有一定的鉴赏、分析能力，养成摘抄习惯，制作读书卡，能按兴趣或者某种要求做剪报或手抄报。4 、全面提高学生的语文素养和人文素养，扩展视野，丰富积累，发展思维，提高阅读能力及理解能力，从而提高孩子的口语交际能力及写作能力。（四）课题研究的方法与内容本课题研究的主要方法是： 以行

43、动研究法为主， 以调查研究法、个案研究法、经验总结法等方法为辅，具体从以下几个方面开展研究。1、行动研究法，搞清楚农村学生阅读能力低下的原因，并制定提高阅读效率的计划，在实践中探索研究并做好记录。2、调查法，深入班级，摸清农村小学生课外阅读的基本现状，及其他们在阅读过程中的心理现象、 心理特征等， 并研究相应的阅读心理指导对策，帮助小学生树立正确的阅读理想、阅读目的，培养健康的阅读兴趣、阅读习惯，掌握阅读方法，提高阅读效果。3、个案研究法：对阅读能力较强的和阅读能力尤其低下的这一部分学生，对阅读先进班级进行深入的考察和分析，搜集更多的个案资料， 从多角度研究学生阅读的有效性。alleviati
