摘要本文主要分析了目前残膜回收及残膜回收机的现状和存在的主要问题，指出了残膜回收的紧迫性、重要性,以及CAE技术在农业机械领域中的应用，介绍了有限元法的基本概念以及ANSYS的发展，在此基础上对ANSYS 8.0的功能，及其建模、网格划分、载荷和边界条件的施加进行了介绍；在滚筒式残膜回收联合作业机研究的基础之上，以ANSYS 8.0有限元分析软件为技术平台，对机具的核心部件搂膜齿组进行了结构强度分析及工艺结构方面的探讨，建立了力学模型并通过静态强度有限元分析，得出了相应的结论;通过强度校核，得出机架的最大应力小于材料的许用应力,满足强度的要求,整体符合设计要求。关键词：残膜，建模，强度分析，搂膜齿组，ANSYSAbstractThis paper mainly analyzed currently the present condition and existent key problem of the remnant film recovery and the remnant film recovery machine, pointing out urgency,importance of the remnant film recovery, and the CAE technique introduced a limited dollar the basic concept of the method and the development of the ANSYS in the application in the farm machinery realm, at the top of this foundation to ANSYS 8.0 of function, and it set up the model,mesh demarcation and carried conditional infliction of the lotus and boundary to carry on introduction;Unite the foundation of the homework machine research in the roller type remnant film recovery on, with ANSYS 8.0 analytical softwares is the techniques terrace, to the core parts of the machine tool-hug the film tooth set study that carried on the structure strength analysis and the craft structure, build up the mechanics model and pass a limited dollar of the static state strength analysis, get to correspond of conclusion;pass pit in the strength school, get the machine of biggest should the dint is small in stress of the material should dint, satisfy the request of the strength, whole meet the design request.Keyword
