2、一环节的污染物成分复杂，除粉尘、烟尘外，还有二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氟化物等有害气体水泥产量：4000吨/天；烟气温度：45200；烟气含尘浓度：500030000mg/nm3；烟气湿度：515。设计原则：设计中要认真贯彻国家的经济建设方针、政策。应充分考虑资源的充分利用。选用的技术要先进适用。工程设计要坚持安全可靠、质量第一的原则。坚持经济合理原则必须遵循国家有关环境保护法律、法规，合理开发和充分利用各种自然 资源，严格控制环境污染，保护和改善生态环境建设项目需要配套建设的环境保护设施，必须与主体工程同时设计、同时施工、同时投产使用。 必须遵守污染物排放的国家标准和地方标准。应当在建设项目中采用
