5、油(HSD)作为备用燃料油。生产的电力将通过500 kV电网近距离输送。电厂距离Toba Tek Singh 47公里,毗邻TS(Trimmu-Sidhnai)运河。项目地点距离铁路线约5.5公里。 The Haveli Bahadur Shah Combined Cycle Power Plant will comprise one block with two gas turbines, two HRSGs, and one steam turbine in a multi shaft arrangement. The electrical gross power output will

6、be 1230MW at ISO. The power plant will be fired with Re-gasified Liquefied Natural Gas (RLNG) as main fuel and high speed diesel (HSD) oil as back-up fuel. The electric power will be evacuated via the 500 kV grid in close distance to the plant. The site is located about 47 km from Toba Tek Singh and

7、 is adjacent to TS (Trimmu-Sidhnai) Link Canal. Railway line is approximately 5.5 km from the site.1.1.2 燃机基础布置于联合厂房房区域轴线45轴交HG轴之间,南北向长41.14m,东西向宽10.1m,南侧长15.552m厚度为7.3m,北侧25.588m厚度为2.8m,呈阶梯型布置,基底标高-2.8m。 The gas turbine foundation is arranged in the GT&ST combine hall area Axis 4-5/H-G Axis, 41

8、.14m long from south to north, and 10.1m wide in east-west direction, with length of 15.552m and width of 10.1m, thickness is 7.3m. And with length of 25.588m and thickness of 2.8m on the northern side, it is arranged in a ladder type with the foundation elevation of -2.8m.1.1.3 燃机基础承载在23根直径800的钢筋混凝

9、土灌注桩上,整个基础砼强度C50,垫层C20素混凝土;基底砼保护层为75mm,其它部分为40mm;钢筋采用ASTM A615M GR60,FY=420MPa;直径大于16的均为螺纹钢。本工程±0.00m相当于当地高程系统147.85m。 The gas turbine foundation is carried on the basis of 23 reinforced concrete pile with diameter of 800. And the entire concrete strength of foundation is C50, with C20 cushion

10、plain concrete. The concrete substrate protective layer is 75mm while the other part is 40mm. The steel rebar shall be using ASTM A615M GR60,FY=420MPa, size over 16 shall be deformed bar. and ± 0.00m of this system is equivalent to 147.85m of the local elevation engineering systems.1.1.4 基础设有大量

11、的预留二次浇灌孔、买件,根据结构尺寸属于大体积混凝土。 In the Foundation, there is a lot of reserving second grouting holes, which belongs to mass concrete according to structure and size.1.2 主要工程量 Main Quantities整个燃机基础混凝土浇筑方量约为660m3。基础钢筋用量约110t。The concrete pouring volume for the whole gas turbine foundation is about 660m3,

12、while the amount of steel rebar of the Foundation is about 110t.1.3 现场条件Field Conditions目前燃机基础桩基,土方开挖,凿桩头处理施工完毕,可以进行地基平整、桩头的清理及垫层混凝土施工。At present, gas turbine pile foundation, earth excavation ,cutting pile head has completed, and are ready to level the foundation, clean pile head and construct bedd

17、r Projects3、 作业准备和条件Project Preparation and Conditions 3.1 技术准备Technical Preparation3.1.1 做好预埋件和预留孔洞图纸审查工作,以确保每个埋件或孔洞平面定位尺寸及高程与图纸标注一致。 Check the embedded parts and reserved hole of the foundation, to ensure that the size and elevation of planar positioning of each part or hole is the same as the mar

18、ks on the drawings.3.1.2 做好工程技术交底工作,让所有参与施工人员了解、熟悉规范,工程特点和施工部署。 Ensure engineering disclosure is going very well, so that all construction personnel can understand and become familiar with the specifications, characteristics and arrangement of this construction.3.1.3 作业人员应具有施工经验,特殊工种作业人员(电焊工、起重工、电工、

19、架子工)必须经过专业培训和考试,持有效证件上岗。 Construction team must have professional experience. 25、3.5力能供应 Force and Energy Supply3.5.1 施工水源 Water Source施工生产用水的施工水源,按甲方指定的位置引接施工用水,主管管径选DN50mm,支管采用DN25mm,埋地敷设。The production water we use comes from the place that Party A specified. The diameter of main pipe is DN50mm, while branch pipe is DN 25mm, and all pipes will be laid underground.3.5.2 施工电源 P

26、ower Supply施工电源由业主指定的电源接口接入不小于170A容量的配电箱作为二级临时电源,基础施工由二级电源箱接入不小于120A容量的三级配电箱一个,零星夜间照明或者小机具的施工用电在各三级配电箱接出不小于70A容量的移动配电箱,并且满足一机一闸一漏的原则。The power interface designated by the Owner is connected to distribution box with the capacity of no less than 170A for secondary temporary power supply, and the secon

27、dary power box is connected to a three-stage distribution box with the capacity of no less than 120A for foundation construction. In addition, the mobile distribution panel is connected to each three-stage distribution box with the capacity of no less than 70A for night lighting or small machines. O

28、ne machine can only connects to one switch, one leakage protection equipment and one distribution.3.6 施工场地布置 Construction Site Layout燃机,基础施工现场周边确保施工道路畅通。钢筋在钢筋场制作,运到现场进行安装,木模板在木工场进行制作,运到现场进行安装。具体施工平面布置见附图一 燃机基础施工平面布置图。Rebar is made in reinforcement yard and then transferred to job site for installati

29、on, while timber formwork is made in carpenter's yard and then transferred to the site for installation. The specific construction plane layout is shown in Table 1 General Plane Layout of Gas Turbine Foundation.4、 施工进度安排Construction Scheduling根据业主及甲方提供的工程建设一级进度网络计划,结合我公司的具体情况,将燃机基础工程总工期定为约2个月,即从

30、2016年5月25日开始至2016年7月25日完成土方回填并交付设备安装,具体安排见附表一 燃机基础施工进度横道图According to First Level construction network schedule provided by Party A and the Owner, and combined with our specific case, the total construction time of Gas Turbine foundation will last for about two months, that is, from April 1, 2016 to

31、 May 31, 2016. Our company will complete earthwork backfilling, equipment delivery and installation. The specific arrangement is shown in Table 1: The Bar Chart for Project Schedule of Gas Turbine Foundation Construction.5、 作业程序方法及内容Method and Content of Operating Procedures5.1 总体施工方案 Overall Constr

32、uction Scheme5.1.1 燃机基础分为正负零以下基础和正负零以上设备平台两部分,正负零以下基础南北长41.14m、宽10.1m、厚2.8m,故正负零以下部位一次性浇筑,正负零以上设备平台部分位于整个基础南侧长从南向北长15.552m、宽6.28m、厚4.5m,为保证混凝土浇筑质量及防止跑模,这部分作为第二仓浇筑,具体的浇筑分层情况详图5-01。Gas turbine foundation is divided into two parts: the foundation under positive and negative zero and equipment platform

33、above it, while the former part is 41.14m long from south to north with the width of 10.1m and thickness of 2.8m, as well as the way of once-pouring of concrete. Located in the south side of the foundation, the latter part is 15.552m long from south to north, with the width of 6.28m and thickness of

34、 4.5m, which is taken as  secondary grouting to guarantee the concrete pouring quality and to avoid form displacement. The detailed information about  layer pouring is shown in figure 5-01.Figure 5-01 Hierarchical Sketch Map of Concrete Pouring Quality of Gas Turbine FoundationSecond time

35、grouting First layer grouting 5.1.2 基础施工模板主要采用胶合木模板、钢管脚手管支撑。,混凝土的水平运输采用搅拌车运送,混凝土浇注采用泵送砼。Glue-lumber template, steel-tube scaffold are mainly used in the construction formwork of the foundation. Pumping concrete will used in concrete pouring, and mixer truck will be used in horizontal transportation

38、mat antiseptic treatment of the Foundation earthwork backfilling5.3 定位放线、高程控制 Positioning and Pay-off and Elevation Control5.3.1 定位放线:专业测量人员依据厂区施工二级控制网,用全站仪测设出基础垫层的四个矩形控制点。 Positioning and pay-off: According to two-stage network of plant construction, survey crews set out 4 rectangle control point o

39、f each foundation bed by using total station.5.3.2 用全传仪将结构控制轴线测设在基础±0.00表面,并做红油漆标记,再根据互相垂直的轴线,用钢尺施放出预埋孔洞及埋件定位控制线。 Well use total station to set out the structural control axis on surface of the bed and mark it with red paint. And then according to perpendicular axis, well use steel ruler to cal

40、culate the outer edge of the embedded holes and positioning control line of embedded parts.5.3.3 为减少高程控制的误差,由专业测量人员将基坑外附近的水准点转测到基坑内,并做出符合规范要求的高程控制点。以此点对基础高程进行控制。 To reduce the elevation control error, survey crews will measure the benchmark in the foundation pit instead of outside it, thus the verti

41、cal control point will meet the requirements of specifications. And the elevation will be controlled according to this point.5.3.4 沉降观测 Settlement Observation1、沉降观测点必须按照设计要求进行留设,并在外围增设防护罩,以确保施测数值的可靠性。Settlement observation points must be set up according to the design requirements, and shield must b

42、e provided outside, to ensure the reliability of the measurement values.2、沉降观测在观测点在安置稳定后及时进行第一次观测,以后每半个月观测一次,基础回填以前进行最后一次观测,并做好记录。Start the first observation after the observation points become stable, and then observe half-monthly. Finally, we shall complete the last observation before backfilling

43、and make a record.5.4 土方开挖 Earth Excavation5.4.1 基坑开挖方案 Excavation Scheme of Foundation Pit1、根据本工程需要和开挖范围内的地基土质状况,确定本工程基坑的开挖以机械开挖为主,人工配合清理,采用自然放坡的形式。According to the needs of the project and soil texture within the excavation scope, it is ensure that the excavation of foundation pit will be mainly o

44、perated by machinery in the way of manual clean-up while in the form of natural sloping.2、坑底部工作面的考虑:综合考虑,开挖时工作面按基坑的坡底线距基础的外边尺寸1200mm,作为控制开挖底边线。 Consideration about working face of the pit bottom: Considering working face, the external size of 1200mm from bench toe rim of the foundation pit to the fo

45、undation will be taken as a excavation control hemline when excavation is started.3、由于本项目工程基坑范围内粘结性堆积或颗粒样堆积土和粘性土。整个工程土方开挖选用1台210型反铲挖土机挖掘,基础土方开挖设置一次性放坡,放坡系数1:0.5。 As there are cohesive accumulations, granular and cohesive soils within the scope of foundation pit of the project. For the entire project

46、, well use a Type 210 back-acting shovel and set one-time sloping with the sloping coefficient of 1:0.75.4、部位移交给我公司时,由于桩基顶标高为-2.4m左右,且含有钢筋,因此我公司需要进行土方开挖(挖深3m),挖至-2.9m,然后破桩至此基底设计高程。 When this part is transferred to our company, top elevation of the pile foundation, containing rebar, is about -2.4m, s

47、o we need to conduct earth excavation (3m deeper) and dig to -2.9m, then cut off the pile of this basement design elevation.5、所有挖出的土方可以进行其它部位的土方回填或外运至业主指定的位置,配5台自卸翻斗汽车运土,开挖采用坑端开挖法,即从基坑一侧一端开始向后退挖。 All earth volume dug out can be backfilled to other parts or ship out to the location specified by the o

48、wner. Well use 5 dumper trucks to transfer earth, and adopt the method of pit-side excavation, that is, digging backward from one side of the Foundation to the back side of it.5.5 截桩头Pile Head Cutting5.5.1 该工程桩径800,用水准仪将桩顶标高引测到各桩体上,每个桩体上引测2个水平点,对称布置,并用红漆标识。With the pile diameter of 800, we shall mea

49、sure elevation of pile block with a level on each pile, where 2 level points are measured, symmetrically arranged, and marked in red.5.5.2 桩头截取前,需对桩头钢筋先行剥离,剥离钢筋时,应沿桩顶标高标识线向上,用风镐沿桩外围逐步将钢筋保护层砼剔除,使桩头纵向钢筋全部与桩体分开,箍筋超桩顶标高部分应解开,截断。纵向钢筋上粘结的砼块用小锤敲净。 Before pile head cutting, we need to strip rebar on pile he

50、ad first, while measuring along elevation of the pile block with tag line upward. Then, use pneumatic picks to gradually remove protection layer (concrete) of rebar along the perimeter, to separate all longitudinal steel bars of pile head from pile shaft. Stirrups shall be untie and truncated for the part beyond elevation of pile block, while cohesive concrete block on the longitudinal steel bars can be cleaned with a small hammer.5.6 垫层施工 Cushion Construction垫层施工前在其边框上采用10
