1、 Module 1 unit1 Its more than twenty thousand kilometers long 一 教材分析 本课主题是the Great Wall主要内容是教会学生如何用英语询问并描述事物的长度与大小。需要学生掌握的词汇主要是:postcard, more, thousand, kilometer, million.要求学生掌握be动词的用法。教材通过Simon和Daming的交谈,让学生学会询问自己感兴趣的事物或者描述出自己知道的事物。本单元内容比较贴近学生实际生活,比较有利于对话类教学模式的展开。 二 学情分析 通过三到五年级的学习,学生们已经有了比较稳定的英

2、语基础,有了自己的一些学习方法,对英语学习也比较感兴趣。但要灵活熟练地掌握和应用已经学过的知识来进行语言的交流还不是很顺口,尚且还有一定难度,所以在教学设计中教师应当创设更多贴近实际生活的情境,让学生有更多机会进行语言的交流与运用,使他们在学习的过程中发展综合语言运用能力。 三 教学目标(Teaching Aims) 1. 学会使用 How long is.? 与 How big is .? 来询问事物的长度与大小。 2. 掌握主要语言结构: (1) Tell me more about the Great Wall/ New York.
