1、 发言稿适用于晚会、欢迎（送）会、比赛、（会议、活动等的）开闭幕式等。按照发言的场合及用途，发言稿常可分为：开闭幕词、欢迎（送）词、贺词、答谢词、告别词、祝酒词、演讲等。 发言措词是严肃还是活泼，是用说教口气还是用平等口吻，都要视听众对象而定。如果听众是同龄学生，那么演讲内容风趣一些往往能引起共鸣，但如果大多是教师或贵宾等，就要严肃些。一篇完整的发言稿，一般由三大部分组成： 第一部分：称谓(听众或与会者称呼)。如Friends, Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear fellow students, Distinguished guests, Honorable Judges等

2、等。 第二部分：正文或导言。正文是发言稿的核心内容，因此应该突出主题，做到观点明确，层次清晰，以达到发言的真正目的。 第三部分：结束语。结尾要简洁，特别是不要受汉语影响，说些类似“准备不足，请谅解”，“请批评指正”这样的废话。最普通的结尾就是Thats all. Thank you! Thank you for your listening(attention).等。 注意：用英语演讲时，不要用太多 I feel, I think，总用I显得十分主观，缺乏说服力。另外，perhaps, maybe 这样的词语，虽然有“客气，谦虚”的成分，但太多会让人觉得你演讲的内容有不可靠之处。还有，在演讲中
