Function PrincipleThe manual bu

8、tterfly valve is applied with worm-gear drive unit. Manually rotate the han d-wheel to have the worm assembly to drive the driv ing shaft for an gular displaceme nt, then the force will be passed to the plate for synchronous rotation movement, thus to achieve full-opening, full-closing or freely adj

9、usting. The opening degree of worm-gear unit and plate are synchronous with the positi on of the in dicati ng switch. The users can con trol the ope ning degree of plate accord ing to the in dicated positi on, thus to achieve adjustme nt. Mea nwhile, the worm-gear assembly has mecha ni cal limiti ng

10、 un it, which can correctly limit the position of worm-gear when the valve is full-opened or full-closed, thus to protect the valve from damage.VII. Installation and DebuggingThe valve shaft should be horizontally placed no matter the valve is installed horizontally or vertically. The driving unit i

11、s not allowed to be used as lifting unit, and must not be damaged.It 'sa must to clean the inner chamber of the valve before installation, and no foreign matters and dirt are allowed to adhere to the inner chamber.Open and close the valve for one cycle manually before installation. Make proper a

12、djustment according to the actual working system (the valve is already adjusted to standard before leaving the factory). If no problem is found in above operation, fully close the valve and install it to the system.No extra auxiliary lever is allowed to be attached to the hand-wheel. When the hand-w

13、heel is rotate along clockwise, the valve will be closed, otherwise, the valve will be opened. The opening angle range of the valve plate is 09.0°The installation of flanged valve is as the diagram. After added the sealing pad, evenly tighten the connecting bolts.It 'sa mus to conduct exami

14、nation on the overall performance after the debugging: when the valve is in full-opened or full-closed position, the motion control unit should correctly limit the position. The opening degree indicator should show the actual opening status of the valve.It 's a must to verify the quality certifi

15、cate before installation to make sure that the pressure level and other performances of the valve are suitable for the requirements of the tube system. Then install the valve correctly.VIII. Transportation and StorageAvoid impacting on the valve during transportation. The valve should be in full-clo

16、sed status during transportation, thus to avoid damage of plate and driving unit.When the valve is placed horizontally and been transporting, the driving unit and part should be idle, so as to protect the driving shaft from deformation caused by bearing exceed force.The driving unit and part should

17、be treated to prevent humidity and rain.The valve should be stored in dry room. No open air storage or stack are allowed. For longtime storage, please pay attention to following: 1) the valve should be in closed status; 2) add lubricating oil for each driving part; 3) conduct anti-humidity and anti-
