29、无碴桥面、 先张法、 后张法预应力混凝土预制简支梁及先简支后连续的预制简支结构的制造、验收及质量检验的需要而编制。鉴于无碴轨道预制梁的结构形式、技术要求等目前尚未完全确定，因此有关无碴桥面预制梁的相关技术要求尚待补充及完善。根据新建客运专线常用跨度预应力混凝土预制梁的特点，在本技术条件编制过程中参考了国内外各种规范与标准及高性能耐久混凝土、预应力混凝土箱梁最新科研成果；采纳了即将颁布的铁路工程混凝土结构耐久性设计暂行规定 、 铁路混凝土工程施工技术指南 、 铁路工程混凝土结构耐久性暂行验收标准 和新近颁布的 铁路混凝土工程预防碱骨料反应技术条件 ， 并借鉴了 秦沈客运专线预制预应力混凝土简支梁

30、技术条件 、 青藏铁路高原冻土区预制预应力混凝土简支梁技术条件和检验方法 、后张梁通用标准TB/T3043-2002 预制后张法预应力混凝土铁路桥简支梁 、先张梁通用标准TB2484-94 先张法预应力混凝土铁路桥简支梁中的部分内容。与秦沈客运专线预制预应力混凝土简支梁技术条件比较，本技术条件主要在以下方面作了修改和补充：预制梁采用满足铁路客运专线工程耐久性要求的高性能混凝土；加强对原材料、混凝土拌和物等的检验，明确了检验的项目与频次；增加了灌筑时对混凝土入模温度、模板温度的限值；明确了养护、拆模等阶段混凝土最高温度为芯部温度；后张法预应力梁采用三次张拉工艺；增加了预应力瞬时损失测试的频次；增
