14、xport Corp.中国粮油食品进出口总公司 交际功能(How to ) 询问某人工作Saying what you do?如果希望了解对方的职业What do you do?What are you?What is your job?What is your occupation?Unit 8三、商务内容( Business Conten)t业务旅行商务活动的一部分,涉及旅行路线、途中停留地点、住处、参观访问和会见等 内容。访问日程出访者事先向接待单位提出。东道主方面则是根据对方的要求,参照本身的愿 望的可能,制订初步日程,于代表团到达后,双方商定执行。代表团台有特殊要求,如参加某 一活动
15、或会见某人,最好事先能通过往来信件加以确认。日程表要写得清楚,使人一目了然。对具体时间、地点,通常都通过一定方式加以突出,如划线、空行或大写等。日程表通常包括标题、时间、地点和活动内容。标题:标题应写明访问人姓名和身份、访问时间和地点,可分两、三行打 印。为了醒目起见,一般都用大写。日程和地点:为了引人注意,一般都有在日期下划一道黑线。星期几也要 用大写,以便使人一眼就可看出是工作日还是休息日。法定假日则需加以 注明。具体时间:写时间时要写明上、下午,如系长途飞行,到达某地的时间按 时差折算成当地时间,并加以注明。(四)具体活动内容:填写活动内容时,初学者感到困难的常常不是单词问题,而是使用哪
