简单使用步骤

1、iVisi on-HB布氏硬度压痕自动测量系统用户手册简要1. 安装 iVision-HB:在 PC机32 位 Windows XP 或 Windows 7 系统上，插入 iVision-HB软件安装光盘，双击运行安装文件iVision_v100_WIN32_XP_TZOOxxxx_installer.exe回答系统的一些提问后，程序和摄像头驱动就应当安装好了。2. 翻开iVision-HB: PC机插入USB加密狗和USB手持摄像头，当摄像头第一次插入一USB端口时，如系统是 Win dows XP,系统会弹出安装驱动窗口，选择自动安装。如系统是Windows 7,系统那么会自动安装驱动但或

2、许会需要一两分钟。驱动安装完毕后，可按摄像头上按钮启动或用鼠标在界面上双击启动程序iVision。3. 设置用户界面：第一次使用或重置时，选择菜单布氏硬度-HB测量,这时程序显示主界面用户可用鼠标拖拉程序主窗口，窗口里的分块，表格栏等到适合的大小。4. 选择摄像头：第一次使用或重置时，选择菜单图像拍摄-翻开图像拍摄窗口 在弹出的摄像窗口里点击菜单 设备，选择摄像头 Digital microscope或其它iVision-HB支持的摄像 头.关闭摄像窗口 .在主界面右上角处点击按钮视频采集"审启动摄像。这时视频应该出现。如果需要，点击菜单图像拍摄-摄像头设置，调整摄像头参数。注意摄像

3、头USB连接线上的光源亮度调节旋钮需要翻开。5. 设置测量参数:在主界面右下角处，选择设置-测试设置，弹出布氏硬度测量设置 窗口。如需选择样品测试压力，选择F/D2和压球直径，测试 压力将自动计算得出。对系统提供的USB手持摄像头，自动测量方法 应选择默认方法 亮度。如本系统软件用在硬度计机器上，那么由于硬度计机器上光源系统不同，如压痕和样品背景亮度比照度小，这时自动测量方法会需要选择边缘。6. 系统标定：第一次使用时或标定卸载后，摄像头需要经过标定才能用来测量。可以用标准布氏硬度块或标定尺进行标定。如使用标准布氏硬度块标定，设置测试压力，移动摄像头使压痕在视频中央部位。按键盘空格键，或摄像头

4、按钮，或点击自动测量按钮启动压痕自动测量。如系统自动测量未能测出，点击手动测量按钮画圆测量匚：或卡线测量实现人工测量。如果是画圆测量，在压痕图像上点击拖拉鼠标从压痕直径一端拖拉到另一端，使系统产生的圆与实际压痕对齐，然后松开鼠标；如果压痕为椭圆型，这 时需要使用卡线测量，点击拖拉鼠标从压痕主轴的一端拖拉到另一端，然后从压痕次轴的一端拖拉到另一端。在系统弹出的对话框中输入硬度块的硬度值后，系统就标定好了可以用来测量了。 如果需要重新标定，选择菜单标定-标定浏览，输入设定的密码或直接 点击确定如果没有设置密码 ，在弹出的标定浏览对话框中点击按钮卸载标定，关闭标定浏览窗口，这时系统进入未标定状态。照

5、如上所述进行重新标定。注：HB计算公式：HB2 2 1/2 一=2 X F / n X Db X Db -Db -Di,其中F为测试压力单位：Kg, Db为压球直径单位： mm, Di为测得的压痕直径 伸位:mm。如果需要用布氏标定块平均值进行二次标定以 获得更准确标定，在测好多个压痕后，在主界面上选择设置，点击标定块平均值二次标定按钮-,在弹出的对话框里输入标定块HB值后，校正后的标定自动保存好了。7. 测量：如视频处于静态如测量后，按键盘空格键，或摄像头按钮，或点击视频采集按钮启动视频。移动摄像头或样品使压痕在视频中央部位，按如上所述自动或手动测量。8. 修正：测量完后，如果图像上压痕圆周

6、标记与实际压痕不符，点击压痕圆周标记画圆测量或主轴次轴顶点卡线测量,鼠标拖动使压痕标记与实际压痕相符。该压痕测量值与 统计结果等会自动更新。9. 删除：如需要删除单个测量，在 HB测量结果表中点击纵向表头选择要删除的行，或在相册中点击选择要删除的压痕，点击删除X按钮。10. 产生报表：点击产生报告按钮产生 WORD格式测试报表。报表如不需要压痕图像或数据，可在布氏硬度测量设置 窗口中的报告设置中设置。如报告模板需要定制， 可联系 系统提供商。11. 新样品：点击新样品H按钮去除上一样品测量结果。iVision-HB Automatic Brinell Hardness Indentation

10、tc to user 'prefere nee.4. Select camera: For first time use, select camera by select ing menu Capture->Ope n image capture win dow. Go to menu Device and select camera Digital microscope or ano ther camera supported by iVisio n-HB. Close the Media Capture wi ndow. Click on the4 勺 butt on in

11、upper right of the main win dow to start the camera. If n ecessary go to menu Capture->Camera settingsto adjust the camera parameters. Note that the light adjustme nt knob on the USB cable should not be turned off completely.5. Set measurement parameter(s): At the right bottom of the main win dow

12、, click on butt on Settings -> Test Settings in voke the HB Measureme nt Setti ngs dialog. To set the indentation force for the test sample, select F/D2 and the indentation ball diameter, the test force will be calculated automatically. For the as provided hand held USB camera, the Auto-measure m

13、ethod should be set to the default Brightness If the software of the system is used on the Brin ell hard ness test machi ne, if the bright ness of the inden tati on and the sample background is small, then the Auto-measure method should be set to Edge6. Calibrate: At first time use or after calibrat

14、i on is uni oaded as described below, the system n eeds to be calibrated to measure. A sta ndard Brin ell hard ness test sample or a calibratio n ruler can be used to calibrate the system. To use the sta ndard test sample, set the test forceas described above. To start automatic measureme nt, push t

15、he camera butt on, or press theSpace key on the keyboard, or click the Auto Measure 0butt on. If system can not find theinden tati on automatically, click on the manual measureme nt butt on ( Measure by circle -or Measure by major-minor axesIn case of measureme nt by circle, mouse press onone end of

16、 the inden tati on diameter and drag to the other en d. If the inden tati on shape is elliptical, the n measureme nt by major-minor axes applies, mouse press on one end of the inden tati on major axis and drag to the other end, and the n do the same on the minor axis. En ter the known HB value of th

17、e sample at the prompt; the system should be calibrated and ready for measureme nt. To re-calibrate the system, it is n ecessary to uni oad the calibrati on. To do so, select menu Calibration->Calibration viewei; en ter password if set or click OK topass, click Unload butt on and close the viewer

18、, the system should be at un-calibrated state.Do calibration as described above.Note: the formula to calculate HB is: HB = 2 X F / ( n X2 2 1/2Db X (Db -(Db -Di ) ), where F is the test force in Kg, Db is the in de nter ball diameter in mm, and Di is the indentation diameter in mm. To obtain better

19、accuracy, user may re-calibrate with the average of multiple inden tati ons on the calibratio n sample, to do so click on the Re-calibrate with sample average butt on in the Sett ings tab, and en ter the HB value of the calibratio n sample. The re-calibrated data is activated and saved automatically

20、.7. Measure: If the camera is still (e.g, after a measureme nt), push the camera butt on, or press the Space key on the keyboard, or click on the Video Preview butt on to start camera preview. Move the camera or the sample to make the inden tatio n appear in the middle of the preview. Make the measureme nt as described above.8. Correc
