2、验反倒证实了与其相反的结论。因此作为狭义相对论基础的光速不变原理是存疑的。在此前的论文中，笔者从对已有实验事实进行的理论分析证明光速是可变的。    本文所要论述的是，若光速可变成立，由此将会引出一系列与此相关的问题与结论：相对性原理不是普适的、绝对运动是可以探测到的、光速是既变又不变、可以建立一种以光速定义的绝对坐标系等等。这样，长期存在的由于要求相对性原理与光速不变原理并存而形成的似是而非的困惑局面将得以消除，物理学将会得到一次解放。    应指出，本文所述光速可变在概念上与目前报道的光速随时间而变的VSL理论

3、及超光速理论有本质不同（并不排除存在此类现象的可能），因为它涉及绝对坐标系这一更为根本的物理学问题。实验是检验真伪的唯一标准，建议国家主管部门在论证的基础上组织人力、物力对笔者过去发表的单程光速、往返光速可变实验方法进行实验，以验证光速可变是否成立。    关键词：光速可变；绝对坐标系；同时性的相对性；超光速；单程光速；往返光速        爱因斯坦（A.Einstein）与波尔（N.Bohr）关于量子力学那场辩论给人们留下了深刻的印象。爱因斯坦对量子力学的主要指责是其关于

4、物质规律的描述是不完备的。当我们考察狭义相对论时（以下简称相对论），会产生一种与爱因斯坦当年看待量子力学时相似的感觉，即相对论存在有某种过多地人为任意性，而并非大自然的本来面目。具体而言，这是指爱因斯坦本人也不得不承认的“相对论常遭指责，说它未加论证就把光的传播放在中心理论的地位，以光的传播定律作为时间概念的基础    1”；另外还指他也意识到的光的传播定律与相对性原理的抵触。2经过百年之后，人们的这些疑虑不仅没有消除而且日趋加重，这表现在有越来越多的物理学家认识到相对论中存在着严重的循环论证和逻辑不自洽性。而我认为，这些仅是相对论存疑的表象，光速不变原

5、理的根本不成立才是一切问题的本质所在。当我们引入光速可变性，这时存在于物理学中的一些重大矛盾将会迎刃而解。本文将就与此有关的问题进行讨论，并着重论述光速可变性引发的若干思考，我们不妨把它称之为光速可变理论。            参考文献            The Theory of Variable Light Speed and Its &

8、60;foundation of special relativity, is doubtful. In the previous papers,    the writer has proved that the light speed is variable through    theoretical analyses based on the experimental facts available.    The paper intends to argue if

9、the theory of variable light    speed is accepted, it will cause a series of related issues and    conclusions: the theory of relativity is not universally applicable; the    absolute motion is observable; the light speed is both variable a

10、nd    invariable; the absolute frame defined by the light speed can be    established; etc. Thus, the long existence of specious and perplexing    situation, caused by the requirement of coexistence of the theory of    r

11、elativity and the theory of invariance of light speed, will be    eliminated, hence liberation of physics.        It should be pointed out that the concept of variable    light speed discussed in the paper is essentially

12、 different from the VSL    theory of light speed varying with time and the theory of superluminal    motion (not excluding the possibility of the existence of such    phenomenon) reported currently, because the concept of variable light

13、0;   speed involves the absolute frame, a more fundamental issue of physics.    The only criterion to prove the truth of an idea is by experiment. It is    suggested that the State Departments concerned organize and financially   

14、 support the experts, on the basis of discussion and verification, to    carry out the experiments of one-way variable speed of light and two-way    variable speed of light proposed previously by the writer in order to    prove if the
