18、alibration due dates are determined based on equipment manufacturer s recommendatioand the criticality of the applications of the equipment on AAA s products. Due dates should bere-evaluated whenever variances occur that require some action to the products affected.校准到期日期的确定应基于设备制造商的建议和设备在AAA产品上应用的极

Lab will also issue a report listing the equipment that is past due for calibration and has not yet been turned in to Engineering for c

Examples of explanations

21、 for not turning in Measuring and Test Equipment for calibration may inclu de: equipment is no longer in service or equipment has been lost.测试测量设备在校准到期日期之前提交给实验室校准，否则须提供书面的解释。解释测试测量设备没有及 时校准的原因比如：”设备不再使用”或“设备已经丢失了。”User of the equipment should fill in Maintenance Application SheetXXX-XX-XXXX whenequ

Any time a piece of Measuring and Test Equipment has a repair performed on it that may have an effect on its calibrated settings, it must be recalibrated.Examples of repairs that may not require recalibrations include:设备需要维修时，使用部门应填写设备维修申请表 XXX-XX-XXXX ,任何时候一个测试测量设备维修后可 能影响其校准设置时

26、ensure that it is not past its calibration due date. If the Measuring and Test Equipment is found to be outside of its calibration due date, the equipment cannot be used. The equipment should either be turned intoLab immediately, and anOut-of-Service placard must be placed conspicuously on the equip
