2、据科技部和商务部（原外经贸部）确定的中国高技术产品统计目录，包括计算机与通信技术、生命科学技术、电子技术、计算机集成制造技术、航空航天技术、光电技术、生物技术、材料技术和其他共9 个领域。该目录参照了美国的先进技术产品（ ATP- Advanced Technology Product ）出口目录和进口目录。高技术产品进出口的数据均取自海关总署各年度的进出口统计数据。国家级高新技术产业开发区国家级高新技术产业开发区是指经国务院或省级人民政府批准建立，旨在促进高新技术及其产业的形成和发 展的特定区域（在国际上称为科技工业园区）。它通过实 施高新技术产业的优惠政策和各项改革措施，推进科技产 业化进
