13、版的IFITA 2010 Proceedings，并被其呈送ISTP、EI(Compendex)检索。 2. 录用为B类的英文论文，将发表在由世界科技出版社出版的Collections of IFITA 2010(有国际书号ISBN)。3. 录用为C类的中文论文，将发表在中文核心刊物“计算机科学”(专刊)，呈送CNKI检索。4. IFITA 2010会后，其特优论文扩展后还将被推荐到国际EI源刊“Journal of Computers”、“Journal of Software”，中文核心期刊“计算机科学”，以及国际刊物“International Journal of Informatio

14、n Technology and Applications”，优先正刊发表。5. 同一已注册论文的全部作者,只能共获并共享1本含有其已注册论文的IFITA 2010 Proceedings/Collections of IFITA 2010/“计算机科学”(专刊)。六、论文投稿1. 来稿中的抄袭和剽窃，是严受禁止和谴责，且其作者必须独自为自己不道德行为承担全部责任。因此，在投稿前，作者必须保证自己稿件的未发表与原创性，无抄袭、剽窃，无知识产权争议（包括作者排名顺序须确定）。2. 所有来稿只能为WORD电子文档，均应主题鲜明、资料可靠、数据准确、书写规范、图表清晰。投稿时，须提交3个要件（严格按

15、照给定模板排版的）论文初稿、作者诚信宣言、投稿作者信息表（其下载网址为：    3. 英文论文必须严格按CPS-IFITA论文模板要求格式进行编排（版面一般不超过其模板规定板式页面5页），且必须有：题目、作者姓名、作者单位、作者地区、作者邮编、作者国家或地区；摘要、关键词，正文、参考文献（至少8项）。获重要课题或项目资助的来稿：应于文末致谢段落，注明其所受资助的课题名或项目名。    4. 中文论文必须严格按“计算机科学”论文模板要求格式进行编排（版面一般不超过其模板规定板式页面2.5页），且必须有：题目、作者姓名、作者单位、作者地区

Collections of IFITA 2010注册费(含会后给中国大陆作者邮寄此书费用)：每篇论文4页内，为人民币900元（对中国大陆作者）或200美元（对其他作者）；超过4页，每超1页另收人民币200元（对中国大陆作者）或100美元（对其他作者）。3. “计算机科学”(专刊)注册费(含会后给中国大陆作者邮寄此书费用)：每篇论文2.5页内，为人民币800元（对中国大陆作者）或200美元（对其他作者）；超过2.5页，每超1页另收人民币300元（对中国大陆作者）或150美元（对其他作者）。4. 所有出席IFITA 2010会议者，应另交会务费：(1) 非IFITA

41、e published in Chinese core journal “Computer Science” (special issue) which will be submitted for indexing through CNKI.4. After IFITA 2010, the selected outstanding papers published will be still invited and recommended in extended form to the international regular EI source magazine “Journal of C

The same registered papers all author(s) can only receive

Paper Submission 1. Plagiarizing in submissions is forbidden and condemned strictly, but also its author(s) alone must as

44、sume all responsibility for own immoral actions. So, before submitting, the author(s) must pledge that own unpublished submission has the original without any plagiary and any dispute about authorization (include the papers authors name order must be made). 2. All the paper submitted can be electron

45、ic WORD file only, of which the topic is distinct, materials are reliable, data are accurate, writing is regular, tables and figures are clear. While submitting the paper, the 3 important files “Paper First draft (must typeset exactly as the given Paper template by IFITA 2010)”, “Author(s) Integrity

46、 Affirmation” and “Author(s)-Submitted Information Table” (Download Address: must be submitted together. The paper could be submitted though only E-mail (IFITA.Org), and its subject should be “IFITA 2010 submission + 1st authors name”. 3. The English paper submission must be formatted by CPS-IFITA P

47、aper template (generally limited to 5 pages), which includes topic, author name, affiliation, region, post code, country or special prefecture, abstract, keywords, the text of paper, and references (at least 8 items).
