I consider there is no convenient ways to seek but the useful methods.一、 Interests are the premise to learn English well Interests are the best teachers as is

2、well known. It can arouse students curiosity and thirst for knowledge .If you love what you do , you will get what you love. As long as someone loves something, hell finish it even though no one requires him .Interests are developing during the practice. And they become thicker and thicker.But how t

3、o train and develop students interests? In my opinion ,first as a teacher we should put our loves to good use by working and Teaching students . Teach the students the meaning of life, the importance of English and the language inspiration. Show the students the honestest, the most beautiful , the h

4、ealthiest ,the valuest to infect them and resonance together. Show the context conditions using all kinds of methods or aids like a slide, a radio , simple pictures ,objects , models , shows or looks and so forth .Mobilize kinds of students senses. Guide them to the special situation. Make them get

5、interests in dramatic activities full of interests and competitions .The most important strategy for teachers is the students experience successfully by themselves.I still remember it is the first time for me to teach grade nine in 2005. I have little experience in teaching .But my students achievem

6、ents are pretty good. why ? Because they particularly love English . They said they have fun learning English in my course. It encouraged me a lot .So I am always making my course interesting and perfect . For example ,when I teach them body parts ,I can focus their sights because I can make it to b

7、e remembered easily (HEAD,EAR,FACE,ARM/NOSE,MOUTH,TOOTH/HAND,BACK,LEG,NECK,STOMCH,EYE).When I teach comparative degrees ,I would like compare acarwithabus in four sides(price /speed/magnitude/externality) using such adjectives (bigger,smaller,uglier,nicer,more expensive, better).Isnt my teaching con

8、fusing and exciting ?The psychologist tells us a man can feel good about himself if he has a chance to succeed. So each teacher should let each student be in confidence by gaining a lot.二、Miming is the basic of learn English well Everyone must be impressed by a kind of pure and beautiful pronunciati

9、on. So people can appraise you unfair if you have a bad voice in reading even though you are good at English . Whats more, itll bring you difficulty in listening. So wed better practice basic skills, say as the foreigners say , do as they do . A language is a kind of performance skill. Its not only

10、for us to make sure how much we have learned about a language , but it depends on using it well when considering languages. Although many words are pronounced differently , we should get over the pronunciation problems.Will voice , you must understand a single factor way to pronounce on this basic.

11、I cant read the weak to read in colloquial expression of linguistic phenomena, exercise tones and rhythms ,the best exercise in imitation of the original audio recording has also recorded his pronunciation . Its easy to find himself in the right pronunciation is a dull process must be patient with c

12、are and perseverance will have improved.三、Atmosphere is the way to learn English well There is a Chinese saying, “A scholar knows the thing without going out”. Learning environment is the main classroom for all the students .We cant because the teaching task to finish it as it was provided in many o

13、f the spoken language training. Make full use of the design of organizational arrangements enough time to practice setting up a language students of language environment in our dairy life of the dialogue as a birthday party, on holiday , on the phone , going swimming in sports and activities for stu

14、dents of the action. In pleasure in entertainment .Life into the classroom ,the class to learn to live , and all the students in English through practice their oral English. Take an example ,in teaching UNIT2 Whats the matter ? I arranged several students to put a short play named “A magic doctor ”.

15、 They took an active part in the action . After the class they all want to be a doctor in their future .They have learned the importance of the health and how to keep healthy . At the same time my teaching aims have been achieved .四、Perseverance is guarantee of learning English wellIn life was a far

16、 better who arent very clever man of high intelligence but must be willing to improve in the regular. It is written by the sweat of the people in hard. As a saying “Pay a portion of the harvest.”We are learning English on the total will be a failure ,many physical pressure and spend a lot of efforts

17、 to remember words, finally managed to keep but a few days disappeared. We are sad and disappointed and even despair. Not a student can be said that memorizing English words is a happy thing. And students need to be roused to go on with the teachers help and build their confidence to get a positive

18、attitude to learn . Specific is using a good inspiration，a humorous joke with the spirit to relieve the pressure . Let the students feel relaxed in the atmosphere of learning English .In spoken English training, try, to get the students interest in reading as often as possible. If do like that, students interests
