1、精选优质文档-倾情为你奉上法律专业外语教学大纲课程编号：课程名称：法律专业外语课程英文名称：Legal English授课对象：普通高校本科生学时数：32学分数：2执笔人：王建玲编写日期：2005年10月16日第一部分 大纲说明 一、课程的对象与性质法学专业英语一门法学专业与英语相结合的课程。通过这门课的教学，使学生在了解专业英语知识的基础上进一步认识国际和中国的法律概念、法律规范和基本制度，对法学理论发展、现状及其实践的相关情况有了解和掌握。二、课程目标设置本门课程的主要目的有三个：第一，使学生掌握法学英语专业知识，能够系统表达在专业学习中掌握的法学知识；第二，培养学生阅读法学专业资料的能力

2、和分析案例的能力；第三，使学生掌握基本专业词汇和表达方法，能够自如运用，为将来的工作和学习打下良好的基础。三、课程教学的基本要求、方法和考核方式 （一）使学生正确理解课程的性质，全面了解课程的体系、结构，对法学专业英语有一个整体的认识；（二）使学生掌握基本词汇和表达方式；（三）密切联系实际，通过分析研究法学领域的国外案例和法学名家的文章节选，加深对法学知识的理解和掌握；能把英语的学习融入到对法学理论与实践的认识和研究中，以提高运用英语的能力； （四）学生必须通过大学英语四级考试，方可选修该课程。学生课前要预习学习和讨论的内容，积极参加课堂讨论和练习； （五）教师采用双语教学和多媒体的教学方式，
