2、通和协作能力。课程简介该课程是工业设计专业的一门重要的专业实践课程。其任务是让学生学习了解与累积有关设计活动、设计组织、设计生产力、设计规范等知识。设计管理与策略的相关课程内容涉及到:设计企划、设计策略、设计产业、设计专案管理、设计品质管理、设计评价决策、设计沟通传达、设计与行销、市场研究与调查、财务管理、人力管理、时间管理、风险管理等。教学内容与学时分配(一)设计管理综述和管理学基本理论 8学时1、教学内容和要求(1)理解并掌握什么是设计管理;设计管理的概念;设计管理的作用与意义;(2)了解设计管理课程的内容及学习方法;(3)理解并掌握管理学的含义及其基本特征;(4)了解管理理论与思想的发展

3、(5)理解管理的职能及管理者2、重点与难点 重点:理解设计管理;管理学的含义和特征;管理的职能 难点:什么是设计管理;管理学的含义;管理的职能(二)设计人力资源及设计策略管理 12学时 1、教学内容和要求(8学时) (1)了解设计组织结构; (2)理解设计人力资源配备与开发; (3)理解设计师的组织管理; (4)理解把握设计机遇(5)了解顾客与市场;诠释客户与顾客需求;(6)充分理解审核设计的运用;了解如何确定设计战略;(7)充分理解推销设计战略;了解为长期增长作规划;2、实践环节(4学时)(1)选择设计机构进行调研;(2)在调研过程中联系设计机构为本专题设计实践寻找实际课题。3、重点与难点

5、用设计来表现品牌;设计过程中的竞争性优势(四)设计执行进程管理 12学时 1、教学内容和要求(8学时)(1)了解熟悉项目管理过程(2)深入理解项目管理实践(3)深刻领会社会责任与环境责任(4)理解并把握设计政策、设计程序及设计指南(5)初步领会如何将全球性设计转化为地区性设计(6)理解如何衡量设计成败(7)初步懂得如何回顾及修正设计策略2、实践环节(4学时)就设计专题的专案同相关设计机构(甲方)展开讨论,进一步调研推进。3、重点与难点 重点:项目的管理过程;社会责任与环境责任;设计政策及设计程序; 难点:项目管理实践;领会社会责任与环境责任;如何将全球性设计转化为地区性设计 实验教学(包括上机
