3、Ss:Yes!T:OK!First,does anybody know some differences?S:(stand up)They are not asking private things,while it is different in China.T:Oh,that is very good.Thank you.T:Anything else?S:(stand up)They are not loud in public.Chinese is aloud sometimes.T:All right.Very good.Lets begin with the text.设计意图:以

4、老师和学生聊天的方式,从学生的生活常识入手,增加文章的吸引力,渲染课堂气氛,激发学生的学习兴趣。最主要的目的是引入本单元的话题manners,为接下来的学习做准备。Step 2:Comprehensive whole text1.Teacher explain the text sentence by sentence,help the students to understand the text better and give them a full understanding of the main sentences and phrases.2.Let the students rea

5、d the text aloud.Give them 5 minutes to remember the sayings and the main phrases.3.Making sentences with the important phrase.For example:be polite toWe should be polite to the elder ship.4.Do Exercise 3 on Page 119.设计意图:锻炼学生的思考能力,同时培养学生的语感。让学生能抓住文中重点词汇和句型,善于归纳。Step 3:Group workTeacher divided the

6、students into two groups,5 minutes later,each group send one to the platform.They will have a match that tell the different manners of China and Canada.The group which tells more will be the winner.Group oneGroup two设计意图:此环节通过小组合作形式,操练、运用本节课的句型be doing something,自编小短文。为学生创建了成果展示的平台,并将本课所学知识点升华为贴近学生实

8、est to imitate it,clear?设计意图:通过学生观看生动活泼的对话视频并跟读,模仿,能提高学生的语感,提高对英语语音、语调的感悟力和用正确语音语调进行口语输出的能力。2.Work in group of four to deal with the key words and phrases.教师把学生分为四人一组,学生通过合作探究找出,画出大屏幕上出现的短语和句子。T:This time,its your own reading time,please read and find the phrases and sentences on the screen in group
