1、Phase 1 BIM Transformation ServiIn Scope 9 Months:The scope of work is to provide a BIM Transformation Servi months comprising the following:to the CUSTOMER_LEGAL_NAME for the9and understand existing work flows and proses;Proe new work flows and new proses, as part of a Project-based adoption of Aut
2、odesk BIMtechnologies. Consisting of such topics as BIM standards and guidelines, BIM workflows for design audit,design coordination,ty take-off, construction simulation 4D and the construction phase;a BIM Strategy (i.e. Z15 BIM Strategy) for the Z15 Project delivered to the Owner(CUSTOMER_LEGAL_NAM
3、E), but inclusive of all major project stakeholders;Where appropriate, Autodesk can advise on design coordination ies, suggesting new technologies, andinspecting BIM ms for the Owner;Provide Autodesk BIM Pros Management training for Senior Managers withhe Steering Committee;Senior Consultant from WW
4、 Global Servi Transformation.Team will be involved throughout the entire BIMOut of Scope 9 Months:All tasks other following:n those itemized above will be treated as being external to the scope of the project, along with theAny servito be provided to the Local Design Institute, General Contractors,

Autodesk is willing toassistheir recruitment activities and will be activehe transitioning phase for thiswithin 3-6months from the commencement of this engagement;All participating Project Team Members will work
7、openly and cooperatively wiutodesk foringexisting work flows and proses;All participating Project Team Members will participate in a minimum of basic BIM trainingt correspondswith their role on the project. BIM training can be provided by Autodesk or other Autodesk authorizedpartners and is not cove
8、red by this agreement. Alternatively, a Project Team Member can be excluded from this requirement if they can demonstrate previous use of BIM on a project;The CUSTOMER_LEGAL_NAME is expected to procure Autodesk Product Support, Autodesk Consulting isnot responsible for providing Product Support or m

12、,可以赎回参与其间的服务;“参与程度”是指,客户安排和使用基于预的服务和服务点数。“参与期”是任务单服务期限,指只要客户有服务点数可用,就应参与计划。可提供的服务:可提供的服务见表A.新服务:Autodesk 可能会改变可选的服务内容,Autodesk 在任何时间经过通知,增加服务附表A 的内容。欧特克应在通知的时间内,或在合理切实可行范围内尽快更新附表服务内容。服务修改:Autodesk 可能,经客户同意后九十(90)天通知,在这种同意的情况下,从附表A 中删除服务或更改现有服务的信用价格。在这样的同意或通知的时间,欧特克在合理切实可行范围内应尽快提供一个更新的时间表。计划服务点数:初始购得

18、(12) daysThe Full Quick Start iggested for pilot projects starting in customer locationst are unfamiliar with the software,or the methodologies and workflows required by the software, including Building Information Ming (“BIM”). Thethree (3) ks of four (4) day sess are designed to 1) provide four (4
19、) days of Product Training 2) provide four(4) days of Consulting (configuration and optimization) of thlot project, as the team kicks off the project, and 3)provide four (4) days of additional Advanced Training and Mentoring to the pilot project team as the pilot projectprogresses. Thetwo sess are d
20、esigned to be back-to-back, wibreak of two to fourks before thefollow up Mentoringk. Reasonable anded travel expenses, if required and if approved by Customer,shall bed separa y.Quick Start eight (8) daysThe accelerated Quick Start iggested for pilot projects starting in customer locationsve some fa
21、miliaritywith the software (i.e. where the office has an experiencedernal BIM/CAD support team, or has existing projectteams using the new software). The two ks of four (4) day sess are designed to 1) provide four (4) days ofProduct Training 2) provide four (4) days of Consulting (configuration and
22、optimization) of thlot project, as theteam kicks off the project. The sess are designed to be back-to-back. Reasonable anded travelexpenses, if required and if approved by Customer, shall bed separa y.Custom Training - four (4) daysCustom training Serviprovide acs to our world-class subject matter e
23、xperts and trainers, whothesyllabus to the specific, directed needs of a Customer. Custom training engagements should be scheduled inadvance with the Program Manager. Reasonable anded travel expenses, if required and if approved byCustomer, shall bed separa y.Customer Responsibilities:Training will
24、be provided for aum of 8 trainees.All Customer trainees have met any and all prerequisites for this Training.Customer will provide classroom facilities for the Training or Autodesk will provide classroom facilities at an additional cost.Customer will provide all appropriate hardware (i.e. computers,
25、 projector) for the Training or Autodesk will provide appropriate hardware at an additional cost.Customer is responsible for ensuringt the appropriate software is loaded and running prior to the trainingor Autodesk will do so at an additional cost.Customer is responsible for ensuringt all assoted da
26、ta sets will be loaded and running prior to thetraining or Autodesk will do so at an additional cost.Based on Customers direction, Autodesk shall identify andanize procurement of the required trainingcourseware and data sets (Courseware procured under a separate service offering). Autodesk will prov
27、ide this course in English.Customer is responsible for making sure all students attend the Training. If attendance is less number of students listed above, additional training courses and/or refunds will not be granted.n theConsulting - four (4) daysGeneral Consulting will be provided in a number of
28、 key areas. This may include, but is not limited to:1) Configuration and Optimization Consulting: The Autodesk Consultant(s) will work with Customerandkey user(s) to show them how to Configure and Optimize the software according to the best practimendations on project configuration and work sharing,
29、 and best practi and setup.on hardware, network configuration2) Mentoring: During the Mentoring, the Consultant(s) works closely with the project team members to provide over the shoulder support as they start, and continue, their project(s). The mentoring can take the form of over-the-shoulder, pro
30、ject team and / or advanced training; and might include additional training. The timing of the ongoing mentoring would be sequenced with project deliverables.ch n Learn type lecture-style tones to prepare the team forConsulting must be effective by way of SCO and may only be acquired in blocks of FT

Reasonableanded travel expenses, if required and if approved by Customer, shall bed separa y.Health-Check - four (4) daysThe Health-Check monitors the ongoing progress of Pilot projects, to provide timely feedback to the team, andguidance to increase likelihood of project sucs. Th
32、e Health-Check may be conducted on-site at Customerlocation, or remo y. The Health-Check may include a Project Audit to investigate the means and methods used bythe project teamhe application of Autodesk technology. Project data is reviewed either off-site or on-site, and a Project Audit report is p
33、rovided to present the findings of projects health, and provide guidance on next steps andnesary menhancements. Reasonable anded travel expenses, if required and if approved byCustomer, shall bed separa y.Implemenion Plan - four (4) daysThe implemen ion planning is started with an entrise-wide Pros
34、Assessment: The Pros Assessmentidentifies goals, objectives, and deliverables for the full implemenion project. An Action Plan is createdt clearlydefines the schedule, efforts taken, budget and sets and defines criteria for sucs. The schedule details the goals,required resour, and office locations t
35、o beed during the implemen ion of the new platform. The planidentifiestones and progress reports to management, and facilies ceration of sucses along the way.Release Optimizer - two (2) daysAvailable in relation to all Autodesk products, Release Optimizer is a two-day onsite custom training offering
36、t ysisprovides customized presen ion of a new product release feature enhancements, coupled wireal-worldandmendation as to how to best utilize the enhanced tools within Customers existing or modified workflow.Optimizer isended to shorten the learning curve, and focus skills development on those feat
37、ure setst will havethe greatest impact for Customer, given its current workflow and challenges. Scheduling of Release Optimizer shouldbe coordinated in advance with the Project Manager. Reasonable anded travel expenses, if required and ifapproved by Customer, shall bed separa y.Off-site Phone Consul
38、ting (4 x 2 hour calls)Consulting can also be provided remo y, via conference call or web-conference.Remote sess will beconducted on a mutually agreed schedule, and plannedeast ten (10) days in advance. More immediate sessmay be available, based on availability. Hours will be tracked against the time allocated for th
