2、的开篇,是本章学习的基础,也是讲课的难点所在,要用2课时。基因是怎样控制生物的性状的?这是本章学习要解决的中心问题。蛋白质是生命活动的表现者,也能够说是履行者,基因对性状的控制,是经过控制蛋白质(包含构造蛋白和功能蛋白)的合成来实现的。本节集中表达的基因指导蛋白质合成的内容,能够说是本章的要点。课程标准中与本节讲课相对应的要求是:概括遗传信息的转录和翻译。“概括”是理解水平的要求,即要修业生能够掌握知识的内在逻辑联系,能够与已有的知识成立联系,进行解释、推测、划分和扩展等。所以,本节讲课不该限制于对转录和翻译过程的纯真描绘,而应当让学生理解转录和翻译的物质构造基础以及两者之间的内在逻辑联系。要
