Listen and

2、 number the pictures.(Show the pictures of Activity 2.)T: Look. What are they?Ss: They are elephants / snakes /T: Do you want to know some facts of them? Lets Listen and number the pictures with 1, 2, 32. Teach sentences and words.(1) Show the first picture of elephants on PPT, and teach “Elephants

3、like water.” Then show the third picture of sheep, and get Ss to say “Sheep like grass.” by themselves. Then ask: Can we say “Sheep likes grass.”? There is no “s”. Why? (强调sheep 单复数同形) (Write sentences on Bb.)(2) Show the second picture of snakes and the sixth picture of pandas on PPT, and then get

(Write sentences on Bb.)(强调love means “like sth. very very much”用两个笑脸表示,like用一个笑脸表示,加以区分) (3) Show the fourth picture of bears and the fifth picture of dogs on PPT, and then teach “like to do” and “like doing”. Then ask: W

5、hats the difference between “like to do” and “like doing”? Teach like to do means阶段性偶尔喜欢做某事, like doing sth. means习惯性的爱好.(Write sentences on Bb.)3. Talk about pictures in groups.First talk about six pictures in groups. Then show pictures on PPT and have a group PK.4. Guess riddles (Ask and answer).(

7、simple present tense.(3) Show the grammar on PPT and read together.(一)用法:描述动物的习性通常用一般现在时。(二)句式:一般现在时的三种基本句式肯定句:主语+动词原形/单三形式+其他当主语为I you we they 名词复数+动词原形当主语为he she it 名词单数+动词单三形式一般疑问句:Do/Does+主语+动词原形+其他?肯定回答:Yes, 主语+do/does.否定回答:No, 主语+dont/doesnt.否定句:主语+dont /doesnt + 动词原形+其他5. Fill in the blank with correct forms.(Show the exercises on PPT.)6. Listen and repeat.7. Read the sentences by themselves only once then read in pairs. 8.
