GWDCgroundtestequipment–three-phasetestseparator(SK-V-401)operationmanual!声明:本手册内容为华油惠博普科技股份有限公司专有。未经HBP许可,不得翻印、仿制或向第三方转让,违者将追究其法律责任。Declaration:thismanualispropetyofChinaOilHBPScience&TechnologyCorp.,Ltd,anyreproduction,duplicationortranferringtothirdpartywithoutHBPpermissionshallbeporhibted,theoffenderwillbeprosecuteditslegalobligations.PAGE52/53设备图片Equipmentphotograph三相测试分离器简介2.Briefintroductiontothree-phasetestseparator三相测试分离器应用重力分离的原理将油气水三相分开。在分离器的内腔上部是气室,气的出口在上部;堰板又将容器的下半部分成油室和油水分离沉降室,进入分离器的流体首先经入口弯管初分离后进入油水分离沉降室,在重力的作用下,最下部是水,水上面是油,油上部的空间为天然气。堰板的高度出厂时设在容器高度的1/2(从分离器筒体底部向上600mm)处,所以在工作的过程中我们控制油/水界面低于堰板的高度(界面控制设定值300mm,从分离器筒体底部向上300mm),油室的油位控制设定值500mm(从分离器筒体底部向上Three-phasetestseparatorisdesignedtoseparateoil,gasandwaterbygravityseparation.Thegaschamberwithtopgasoutletisplacedintheupsideofinnercavityoftheseparator;theweirdividesthelowerpartofthecontainerintooilchamberandoil-waterseparationsettlementchamber.Afterpreliminarilyseparatedbyinletelbow,thefluidflowingintothechamberisintroducedintotheoil-waterseparationsettlementchamber,andthenseparatedundergravitationaleffecttoformthreelayers:thebottommostiswater,oilsuspendsabovethewater,andthetopsideisnaturalgas.Theheightofweirissetat1/2ofthecontainerheight(600mmupwardfromthebottomoftheseparatorcylinder)whenleavingfactory;therefore,theoil/waterinterfaceiscontrolledlowerthantheweirheight(settingvalueofinterfacecontrolis300mm,namely,300mmupwardfromthebottomoftheseparatorcylinder),andthesettingvalueofoillevelcontrolintheoilchamberis500mm(500mmupwardfromthebottomoftheseparatorcylinder).天然气的计量通过DANIEL高级孔板流量计进行,可以通过在BARTON三笔记录仪上的记录进行人工计算气产量,也可以连接数据采集系统进行自动计算。油、水的计量使用NUFLO涡轮流量计,涡轮流量计的上部装有流量显示器,可直接读出数据,还可以与数据采集系统相连,将流量数据传给数据采集系统。ThemeteringofnaturalgasiscarriedoutbyDANIELseniororificeplateflowmeter,andthegasyieldcanbemanuallycalculatedaccordingtorecordeddataontheBARTONthree-penrecorderorautomaticallycalculatedbyconnectionwiththedataacquisitionsystem.OilandwatermeteringisconductedbyNUFLOturboflowmeter,whichisconnectedwithupsideflowratedisplayfordirectreadingofdataorwiththedataacquisitionsystemtotransferflowratedatatothesystem.分离器的压力通过气管线上的FISHER压力控制系统(压力控制器+压力调节阀)进行调节,油位和油/水界面通过FISHER液位/界面控制系统(液位/界面控制器+液位/界面调节阀)进行调节。TheseparatorpressureisadjustedviaFISHERpressurecontrolsystem(pressurecontroller+pressureregulatingvalve)onthegaspipeline,whiletheoillevelandoil-waterinterfaceareadjustedbyFISHERlevel/interfacecontrolsystem(level/interfacecontroller+level/interfaceregulatingvalve).分离器使用了1台先导式安全阀和1套爆破片两种安全装置,如出现异常高压,首先开启安全阀泄压;在前者泄压无效的情况下,爆破片破裂泄压,起到了双重保护的作用。Twokindsofsafetydevices,1pilotoperatedsafetyvalveand1setofrupturedisc,areadoptedfortheseparator.Undertheabnormalhigh-pressurestate,thesafetyvalveisopenedtoreleasepressure,andtherupturediscwillrupturedforpressurereleasewhentheformermethodisinvalidtoensuredualprotectioneffects.卧式三相测试分离器设有压力、油位和油/水界面自动控制,设备配有完整的管汇系统,易于操作。Automaticcontrolforpressure,oillevelandoil-waterinterfaceareallsetforthehorizontalthree-phasetestseparator,andthecompletepipemanifoldsystemisprovidedfortheequipmenttoachieveconvenientoperation.技术参数3.Technicalparameters尺寸48英寸(ID)×10英尺(S/S)Dimension: NACEMR.01.2002管线:ANSIB31.3Pipeline:ANSIB31.3容器标准ASMESectionVIII,Div.1,LatestRevisionandAddendaContainerstandardASMESectionVIII,Div.1,LatestRevisionandAddenda焊接ANSI/AWSD1.1WeldingANSI/AWSD1.1法兰及接头ASME/ANSIB16.5FlangeandjointASME/ANSIB16.5钢圈ASME/ANSIB16.5SteelringASME/ANSIB16.5认证Certificate试压报告Pressuretestreport安全释放阀认证Certificateofsafetybleedervalve分离器的结构和原理4.Structureandprincipleoftheseparator分离器容器及内部元件4.1Separatorcontainerandinternalelements分离器设备结构4.1.1StructureoftheseparatorequipmentHBP-WS48"×10'-1440/1三相测试分离器为卧式焊接压力容器,设备内径为1220mm,筒体长度(T/T)为3048mm。封头采用2:1的标准椭圆形封头,罐体总长度约为3860HBP-WS48"×10'-1440/1three-phasetestseparatorisahorizontalweldedpressurevesselwithinternaldiameterof1220mmandcylinderlength(T/T)of3048mm.Theheadisstandardelliptic(2:1),andtotallengthofthevesselisabout3860mmwithsafetyvalveandgasoutlet.Theinletelbowandmisteliminatordesignedintheseparatorarerespectivelyutilizedtopreliminaryseparationbygas-liquidenergyeliminationandgas-liquidseparation,andtheplatewavepreventorisusedtostabilizeoil-waterlevel.Furthermore,theoil-waterchamberclapboard,hydraulicsandcleaning-outpipeandanti-vortexcoveratoil-wateroutletarealsosetfortheseparator.HBP-WS48"×10'-1440/1型三相测试分离器,设计压力1440psi,设计温度-20~130°F,筒体及封头材质SA516Gr70N碳钢,腐蚀余量取3.175mm,筒体及封头设计壁厚为HBP-WS48"×10'-1440/1three-phasetestseparatoriswithparametersasfollow:designpressure1440psi,designtemperature-20~130°F,materialsofvesselandheadSA516Gr70Ncarbonsteel,corrosionallowance3.175mm,designwallthicknessofcylinderandhead50.8mm.设备的净质量为7902kg,设备充水质量为Thenetweightandwater-fillingweightoftheequipmentare7902kgand11902kg设备结构、开口尺寸及设备材质详见竣工图10080259-D02MEC1071-DWG01。Theequipmentstructure,nozzledimensionandequipmentmaterialsareshowninFigure10080259-D02MEC1071-DWG01indetails.分离器工作原理4.1.2Workingprincipleoftheseparator油气水混合物从入口N1进入三相测试分离器,首先经过入口弯管实现气液初步碰撞分离。消能后的气体上升到气相空间,气体携带的粒径大于10μm的液滴被后部气相空间的丝网捕雾器捕捉,含液量小于0.05g/Nm3的气体从出口N2流出,气体出口管路上设有压力控制系统和孔板流量计分别用于控制分离器的压力和计量气体流量。Oil,gasandwatermixtureisintroducedintothethree-phasetestseparatorfromtheinletN1,andthepreliminarycollisionandseparationofliquidandgasisachievedbyfirstintroducingthemixtureintoinletelbow.Thegasafterenergyeliminationmovesupwardtothegasphasespace,andtheliquiddropcarriedbygaswithdiameterhigherthan10μmiscaughtbythefollowingmisteliminatorinthegasphasespace.Thegaswithliquidcontentbelow0.05g/Nm3willflowfromtheoutletN2,andthepressurecontrolsystemandorificeplateflowmetersetonthegasoutletpipelinearerespectivelyutilizedtocontrolseparatorpressureandtometerthegasflowrate.经过入口弯管分离出的油水混合物下降到分离器底部,经过两级防波板整流后,油中的水滴和水中的油滴在碰撞聚结的作用下变大,由于重力作用使油水分层。油水混合物在分离器内停留一段时间,油水界面上方的油层溢流过油室挡板后,油经过油出口N3流出分离器。油室液位控制器(LC-4001)通过检测油室液面高度来控制油出口管线上调节阀的开启大小,进而控制了油出口的流量。油出口管路上设有流量计计量油的流量。油水界面下方的水层在分离器内停留一段时间后,分离出的水经过出口N4流出分离器。油水界面控制器(LC-4000)通过检测油水界面位置高度来控制水出口调节阀,进而控制了水出口流量。水出口管路设有流量计计量水的流量。Oil-watermixtureseparatedviainletelbowdeclinestothebottomoftheseparator,andafterrectifyingflowbytwogradesofplatewavepreventer,waterdropintheoilandoildropinthewaterareenlargedundercollisionandcoalescenceeffectsandthenlayeredowingtogravitationeffect.Aftertheoil-watermixtureretainsforacertaintimeintheseparator,oillayerabovetheoil-waterinterfaceoverflowsthebaffleoftheoilchamber,andtheflowsoutoftheseparatorthroughtheoiloutletN3.Levelcontrollerintheoilchamber(LC-4001)controlstheregulatingvalveontheoiloutletpipeline,andthuscontrolstheflowrateofoiloutlet.Theoilflowrateismeteredbytheflowmetersetontheoiloutletpipeline.Afterthewaterlayerundertheoil-waterinterfaceretainsforacertaintimeintheseparator,theseparatedwaterflowsoutoftheseparatorthroughthewateroutletN4.Oil-waterinterfacecontroller(LC-4000)controlstheregulatingvalveofwateroutletbymonitoringoil-waterinterfaceheight,andthuscontrolstheflowrateofwateroutlet.Thewaterflowrateismeteredbytheflowmetersetonthewateroutletpipeline.液体中携带的砂经过入口弯管和聚结整流填料作用后,落入容器底部,容器底部设有一个水力冲砂管,当设备内的积砂达到一定程度后打开水力冲砂装置和排砂管,设备底部的积砂被流化后排出分离器。Byinletelbowandcoalescenceandrectifyingstuffing,thesandcarriedbytheliquidfallsintobottomofthecontainer,whereahydraulicsandcleaning-outpipeisset.Thehydraulicsandcleaning-outequipmentandsanddischargepipewillbeopenedwhensandaccumulatedintheequipmentreachesacertaindegree,andtheaccumulatedsandonthebottomoftheequipmentwillbedischargedoutoftheseparatorafterbeingfluidified.分离器主要功能件4.1.3Mainfunctionalpartsoftheseparator1)入口弯管1)Inletelbow主要用于吸收来流的动能,实现气液初步分离。Itmainlyappliestoabsorbkineticenergyoftheingoingfluidandachievethepreliminaryseparationofgasandliquid.2)丝网捕雾器2)Misteliminator主要作用为捕集气体中粒径大于10μm的液滴,以减小气体计量误差。丝网为40-100标准型金属丝网,材质为0Cr18Ni9Ti,丝网捕雾器厚度为150mm。Itsmaineffectistocatchliquiddropinthegaswithdiameterhigherthan10μmandthustoreducegasmeteringerror.Thescreenis0Cr18Ni9Tiand40-100standardtype,andthethicknessofMisteliminatoris150mm.3)油水出口防涡罩3)Anti-vortexcoverofoilandwateroutlet主要功能是防止油水出口产生的涡流,有利于保证油水界面稳定和油水出口流量稳定。Itsmainfunctionistopreventvortexgeneratedatoilandwateroutlettoensurethestabilityofoil-waterinterfaceandoil-wateroutletflowrate.4)水力冲砂管4)Hydraulicsandcleaning-outpipe水力冲砂管是设备底部设置的一根水平直管,直管上开有7对冲砂小管。当设备内积砂需要清理时,按要求从冲砂管入口泵入高压水进行冲砂。倾
