我先向大家作一下自我介绍，我姓郭，孩子们都称我missguo。今日，作为孩子的英语老师，我很荣幸地在这里，就孩子的英语学习向各位家长做一个汇报：

首先，我来介绍下我们所学习的教材特点，便利您更好的对孩子进行课外辅导。第一册全书共分9个单元，内含一个复习单元。let’slearn和let’stalk。所要学习的语言内容，是重点。每单元供应若干任务型练习，包括一首歌谣或小诗。歌谣或小诗的学习，在这一册，同学刚开头学习英语，书中涉及了一些日常生活中使用频率最高的语句，学习时不要求同学单纯学说单词，而要鼓舞同学学说句子，在句子中学说单词。把单词放到一个句子环境中，记忆效果更好。

在英语课堂上，大部分孩子都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，乐观跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，孩子认为自己经常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特殊好。于是下课后在英语上花的时间就相当少了。

其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要孩子在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。在课上老师更多的是教授新学问，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的学问。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不行能照看到每个同学，不行能让全部同学都达到相同的程度。况且每个同学对新学问的接受力量都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难遗忘，但这确定是很少的。大部分同学都只能是初步接触了新学问，要真正接受新学问还要同学在课后多下功夫，不然确定会和别的同学拉下差距。
