Manual7公司颁发的《安全施工手册》ConstructionSafetyManualbyCMEC、工程概况ChapterIIProjectOverview2.1工程概况2.1ProjectOverview斯里兰卡阿塔纳水厂工程位于刚巴哈地区阿塔纳镇，地处ATTANAGALAOYA河与BASNAGODAOYA河交口处，紧邻现状道路，厂址北侧为ATTANAGALAOYA河，南侧为农田，东西两侧为山地绿化。本项目实施场地平整工程的土地，南北方向坡度比较陡峭，场区靠西侧有较大的山包土丘，场内及周边施工区域内以灌木、乔木、杂草为主，且有少量椰树生长。TheIntegratedWaterSupplySchemeislocatedinGampaha,AttanagallaandissituatedattheflumecrossingsbetweenriverATTANAGALAOYAandriverBASNAGODAOYA,adjacenttoavillageexistingroad.AroundtheprojectistheATTANAGALAOYAinthenorth,farmlandinthesouth,mountainsandvegetationinthebotheasternandwesternsides.Theprojectconstructionlandissmoothandflatandtheslopingareainthenorthandsouthissteep.Hummocksandhillsarelocatedinthewestofconstructionarea.Shrubs,arbor,weedsandsmallamountofcoconutpalmssurroundtheconstructionareabothinwardlyandoutwardly.场地平整的土石方开挖及回填工作是本水厂场地平整的分项工程（场地平整的石方爆破开挖详见《阿塔纳水厂工程岩石爆破专项施工方案》）。水厂场地北侧延红线测量填方长度约78.79米，北侧红线最低高程位于西北角，其高程为33.700米，高程落差最高9.6米；西侧延红线测量填方长度约47.983米，填方高差最高6.8米；东侧延红线测量填方长度约11.405米，填方区高差最高2.1米；场地平整标高43.300米。Theearthworkandrockexcavationandbackfillingforlevelingofconstructionareaisregardedasasub-divisionalworkforthewholelevelingofwaterplant(fordetailedinformationofrockblastingandexcavationforgroundleveling，referringtotheblastingmethodstatementsubmission).Inthenorthofwaterplant,thebackfilllengthalongboundarylineisaround78.79m.Thebottomlevelofboundarylineis33.700m,situatedatthewesterncornerwithmaximumheightdifferenceof9.6m.Oppositely,inthewestthebackfilllengthalongboundarylineisaround47.983mwithamaximumheightdifferenceof6.8m.Fortheeasternsidelengthis11.405mwithamaximumheightdifferenceof2.1m.Theelevationforsitelevelingis43.300m.2.2气象、水文、地形地貌和工程地质Meteorology,Hydrology,TopographicFeaturesandGeologicalConditions2.2.1气象2.2.1Meteorology斯里兰卡阿塔纳镇属热带海洋性气候，终年如夏，只有雨季与旱季，酷热潮湿。平均最高气温31.3摄氏度，平均最低气温23.8摄氏度。雨季为每年3月至6月和10月至次年1月，即西南季风和东北季风经过斯里兰卡时。全年降雨量西南部为2540毫米至5080毫米，西北部和东南部则少于1250毫米。每年３月份，斯里兰卡进入雨季后，雷雨天气增多。Theclimateistropicalandwarmthroughouttheyearduetooceanwinds.Therainyanddryseasonsmakethecountrybothwetandhot.Theaveragedtemperaturesrangefrom31.3°Cto23.8°C.TherainfallseasonsarestartingfromMarchtoJuneandfromOctobertoJanuaryofnextyear,whenthesouthwestandnortheastmonsoonsgothroughthecountry.Inthesouthwestitreceivesbetween2540mmand5080ofrainannuallythroughouttheyear.Inthenorthwestandsoutheastitreceiveslessthan1250mmeachyear.IntheMarchofayear,thecountrycomesintorainyseasonandseesmorethunderstorms.2.2.2水文、地形地貌2.2.2Hydrology,TopographicFeatures阿塔纳镇是斯里兰卡潮湿地带，接受西南季风和东北季风带来的降雨。1)Attanagallaislocatedinwetzone,receivingrainsfromsouthwestandnortheastmonsoons.该区域主要经北部河流排水，水厂区域高洪水位大约为平均海平面40米。2）Rainscomeintonorthriversinthearea.Theconstructionareasealevelis40mhigheraveragelythanfloodlevel.该施工区域总面积约为12156.00平方米，是红壤小山丘的一部分。地面标高在平均海平面34米和51米之间。距现场北部300米处有一条河，从东向西流。与现场东部、西部和北部相邻的土地是种植园的一部分。3)Theoverallconstructionareaisaround12156.00㎡,apartofthelateritehummock.Thegroundlevelsrangefrom34mto51m.300mawayfromthesiteisariver,runningfromeasttowest.Plantationareashugthesitefromeast,westandnorth.第三节、雨季施工原则ChapterIIIConstructionPrinciplesinRainySeason本工程雨季施工阶段要完成阿塔纳水厂的基础和主体分部工程。施工任务繁重，为确保工程质量，搞好安全生产，保证各项计划指标任务的完成，必须从思想上、组织上、措施上、物资上尽早做好充分准备，做到思想落实、组织落实、措施落实、物资落实、汛期施工做到有备无患，雨季施工总的原则是“做好排水、挡水、防水工作”，总的要求是，室内工程雨季不影响施工，室外工程小雨不间断施工，大雨季间暂停施工，大雨过后即可施工，暴雨过后不影响施工。Thefoundationandmainstructuresofwaterplantisplannedtobecompletedduringtherainyconstructionperiod.Intermsofconstructionqualityandsafetyproduction,weshouldprepareinadvancetoachievealltargetsregardlessofthetightrateofprogressbyallmeans.Weshouldbearinmindallpreventionprinciplesfordrainage,offending,andwaterproofingbytakingmeasures,strongminds,andpreparingmaterials.Generally,wemakeeveryeffortinkeepinginteriorworksnotsuspendedbyrains,keepingexteriorworksgoingafterrains.Whenheavyrainscome,allworksshouldbesuspendedandwecantakeeffortstoworkafterstorms.施工步骤ChapterIVConstructionProcedures4.1降雨等级特征4.1RainfallLevels降雨等级Levels现象描述Description降雨量（mm）Rainfall（mm一天内Fullday半天内Halfday小雨Lightrain雨能使地面湿润wetflooronly1～100.2～5中雨Moderaterain凹地积水ponding10～255.1～15大雨Heavyrain降雨如倾盆落地四溅，平地积水pondingontheflatground25～5015.1～30暴雨Storm比大雨还猛，能造成山洪暴发significantdisruptionstonormalconditions50～10030.1～70大暴雨Downpour害longerthanstormandleadtofloods70.1～140特大暴雨Heavyrainfall比大暴雨大，造成洪涝灾害worsethandownpourandleadtofloods>200>1404.2组织机构及人员准备4.2ConstructionFrameworkandManpowerAllocation为保证雨季施工的顺利进行，项目部成立雨季施工领导小组，并将领导小组组织机构上墙，成立防汛抢险队。Forasmoothconstructionduringrainyseason,weestablishconstructionleadershipcrew,andmaketheleadershipcrewchartshownonthewallaswellasestablishaflood-controlheadquarter.领导小组成员Leadershipcrewmembers组长：刘元Head:LiuYuan副组长：杨柳、王晶、潘利；Assistanthead：YangLiu,WangJing,PanLi组员：刘涛、胡延辉、高绍宇、夏秋林、王令、李庆东、李佳航等施工班组成员；Members：LiuTao,HuYanhui,GaoShaoyu,XiaQiulin,WangLing,LiQingdong,LiJiahang防汛抗洪抢险队：土建一队（队长：夏秋林）、土建二队（队长：王令）1.Flood-controlheadquartermembers：group1head:XiaQiulin，Group2head:Wangling.项目部在9月下旬组织技术、生产、安全、临电、材料、机械、行政、环保环卫、消防保卫等相关人员进行雨季施工的方案交底。2.WeplanattheendofSeptembertoconfideatechnologicaldetailtoallsectorsforabetterconstruction.3、项目部雨季施工领导小组的相关人员对外施队管理进行雨季施工的 entinRainySeason7.1.1雨季施工前领导小组认真组织有关人员分析雨季施工生产计划，并在进入雨季前组织各单位进行工程全面检查，落实方案措施的实施情况，检查施工中存在的隐患。在进入雨季后定于每周四定期进行综合检查，雨季施工及防汛所需的各种材料、设备要在雨季施工前准备好。7.1.1Constructionschemewillbeproperlyplannedandarranged.Overallcheckwillbeperformedforeachconstructionunitandconcretemeasureswillfullybetakenon.Defectsandrisksshouldbefullyinspected.ComprehensivecheckandinspectionwillbedoneeveryweekonThursday.Allneedyandurgentmaterials,toolsandequipmentshouldbefullypreparedinadvance.7.1.2成立防汛领导小组，制定防汛计划和应急预案措施。7.1.2Floodcontrolleadershipcrewissetupandcontrolplanandemergencymeasuresareprepared.7.1.3项目部执行夜间值班制度，夜间设专职的值班人员，保证昼夜有人值班并随时做好值班记录。夜间值班人员同时担任天气预报员，负责收听和收集有关部门的天气预报，并及时提供给项目部各有关部门和单位。7.1.3Onnightshiftswearrangestaffsonduty,ensuring24-hourrecording.Staffsonnightshiftswillalsofollowweatherforecastandcollectclimateinformation,submittoleadershipcrewandinformeachconstructionunits.7.1.4应做好施工人员的雨季施工培训工作，进入雨季前，组织相关人员进行一次全面检查，检查施工现场的雨季施工及防汛的准备工作，主要包括临时设施、临电、机械设备、外装修用脚手架及屋面各楼层是否渗漏水。7.1.4Trainingwillbegiventoeachconstructionstaff.Beforeenteringintorainyseason,wearrangefullandoverinspectionfortemporaryfacility,temporarypower,equipmentandscaffoldingforfloodcontrolandrainleakage.7.1.5检查施工现场及生产生活基地的排水设施，疏通各种排水管道，清理排水口，保证雨天排水通畅。7.1.5drainagefacilitiesforthewholecampingspotsshouldbecheckedandinspected,ensuringeachspotpipelineopen,cleanandsmoothforrainsrunning.7.1.6由于本工程的基础工程、主体结构工程及机电安装工程正好赶上雨季，应严格按方案要求做好各分项工程的施工，所有机电材料应进入室内仓库摆放，屋面的排水管应畅通并接入指定管网。7.1.6Sincerainyseasonencountersthemainfoundationwork,structuralworksandmechanicalandelectricalworks,westrictlymakeplansforeachsubdivisionalwork,makeelectricalmaterialstayinstoragehouseandmakedrainagepipessmoothandconnectedwithappointedrainsystem.7.2地基与基础工程7.2BaseandFoundationWorks7.2.1土方开挖7.2.1Earthworkexcavation土方开挖施工过程中，要保证降水工程的降水效果达到土体开挖要求；基坑四周设置截水沟及集水坑，防止地表水流入基坑对边坡造成破坏。对深基坑、高边坡设置支护措施：50mm厚C20混凝土护坡内配A4@200双向钢筋网片，钢筋网片用C12长400mm，纵横间距为1m插筋固定。Ontheprocess,weensuredrainageworksfullymeetexcavationrequirements:basinsandtrenchtroughsshouldbesetalongfoundationpits,avoidingrainsindestroyingsloping.Wemakesupportsfordeeppitsandhighsloping:weuse50mmthicknessC20concretewithA4@200two-wayfabricatedbar(C12,400mmlength)forslopingfixing（spacing1mwithdowelbar).严格按照土方开挖施工方案及相应技术规范要求进行开挖，严禁超挖。1.Nooverexcavationsareallowed,allexcavationspecificationsshouldbeinlinewithrequiredschemes.2、当现场降水等级超过中雨时，根据现场土壤情况，表层土接近或达到饱和，此时严禁进行挖土施工，以免发生机械倾覆等安全事故。2.Noaccidentsallowed.Withthisinmind,weensuretopsoilsaredryenoughforconstruction.Whenheavyrainarrives,wetotallystopworkfortheover-humidityoftopsoil.3、现场基槽内如有积水，应立即用水泵抽出，抽放至排水沟。3.Wepumpoutrainswhichstayinginfoundationpits.4、土方开挖时，应安排专人定期观测边坡土体的稳定性，当降水较集中时，应加大观测的次数，发现问题时立即停止开挖及坑底的作业施工。对未来得及做喷射混凝土的边坡，雨前应采用塑料布等覆盖。4.Wetakearegularlookatthestabilityofsloping.Whentheheavyraincomesfrequently,weshouldtakemorelooksatslopingstability.Inaddition,iftheslopingisunstable,weshouldimmediatelystoptheexcavationworks.Forthoseslopingwhicharenotcoveredbyconcrete,weuseplasticclothtocovertheslopingfirst.5、土方开挖至基底标高时，在坑边及时做好排水沟和集水坑，遇有降雨时及时将坑底土体用塑料布覆盖，集水坑内安设水泵进行抽水。5.Whentheexcavationworkcomestothebottomlevel,aroundthepit,weshouldreservedrainagetroughsandplash.Whenheavyrainsarrive,weusepumptakingoutrainswhichstayinginplashanduseplasticclothcoveringtheexcavatedearth.6、基坑边2m以内范围严禁停放各种大型车辆及物料。6.Heavydutytrucksandmaterialarenotallowedtobeputwithin2mnearbythefoundationpits.雨天应停止土方开挖施工，大雨过后，要根据土层含水率及时调整挖土方案。Accordingtothewaterratiofromtopsoil,weestablishandadjustexcavationplanafterheavyrains.7.2.2回填土工程7.2.2SoilBackfilling基坑回填应尽量安排在雨季到来之前完成，雨季进行回填土施工时，应严格控制回填土的含水率，回填土施工应当避免在雨天施工。1.Whenwestartbackfillingwork,weshouldtakeastrictcontrolofwaterratioofbackfillingearth.2、如在回填时遇下雨，应停止作业，并及时用塑料布把填土层覆盖好。2.Whentheworkisstoppedbyheavyrain,weuseplasticclothcoveringtheearth.3、如果填好的土层被雨水浸泡，应把被泡的土挖出来翻晒，晾干后重新回填。3.Itthebackfillingearthissoakedbywater,weshouldtedtheearthanddecreasewaterratiountilitmeetsrequirements.Then,weperformthesecond-timebackfilling.4、在刚刚回填结束的部位，应设置排水沟，并内抹砂浆，同时找坡；防止地面水流入基坑内，以免边坡塌方或基土遭到破坏。在回填部位与未回填区域的梯形交接处，应采取防雨措施，防止雨水流入及冲刷；在未回填区域的边坡上应设置150mm挡水台，防止路面雨水流进槽内影响土方回填。4.Atthepositionswhichthebackfillingworkcompleted,weshouldopendrainagetrench(insideplasteringwithmortar).Wewillpreventrainsrunningintofoundationpits,avoidingcollapsingandearthofpitdamaged.Betweenbackfilledpartsandunfinishedparts,ladder-shapedconnectionsshouldbeprotectedtopreventtheerodingfromrains.A150mmplatformshouldbemadeforunfinishedpartsforbackfilling,ofwhichthefunctionofplatformistopreventrainsfromrunningintofoundationpits.5、基坑回填土应连续进行，尽快完成。施工中注意雨情，雨前应及时夯完已填土层，并做成一定坡势，以利排除雨水。5.Backfillshallbecontinuouslyperformed.Thecompactedlayershouldbeprotectedandshouldbemadeslopinginordertodrain.

6、雨期土方回填施工应严格控制回填土的含水率，及时取样试验，将回填土的含水量控制在设计要求范围内，如含水量偏高，可采用翻松、晾晒或均匀掺入干土等措施；必要时应事先对土源加以覆盖，避免出现橡皮土。6.Whenwestartbackfillingwork,weshouldtakeastrictcontrolofwaterratioofbackfillingsoil.Wetakesamplesfrombackfilledsoilandtestwaterratio,andifthewaterratiosurpassesthestandard,wetakemeasurestotedtheearthuntiltheycomeintonormal.Spongysoilisnotallowedtoexist.7、当回填土被雨水浸泡或出现“橡皮土”时，应挖出晾晒后重新回填。7.Ifthebackfilledsoilischangedintospongysoil,weshouldtakeitoutandbackfillwithsuitablematerialagain.7.3防水工程7.3Water-ProofWorks雨季进行防水施工时，应注意收听天气预报。防水材料应妥善保存。1.Accordingtoweatherforecast,weproperlyhandleconstructionprogressandkeepmaterialsingoodconditions.2、对于基层含水率有要求的防水卷材在雨季施工时要检查防水基层的干燥程度，如含水率大于9%时，禁止防水层的施工。雨后应在基层含水率达到要求后方可施工，必要时可采用热风机吹干的办法控制基层含水率。2.Forwaterproofmaterialwhichstricttomoisturecontent,weshouldcheckitsdrydegree.Ifthewaterratioexceeds9%,theworkisstopped.Wewilladoptdryertomakebasecoursedrysothatwecanstartthework.3、下雨天严禁进行卷材施工，风力≥5时也不得施工。3.Whentherainsbecomeheavyandthewindpowerismorethan5levels,wewillstopthework.4、外墙防水工程禁止在雨天施工，防水基层含水率必须在规范要求的范围内（≤4%）。4.Exteriorwallwaterproofingworksshouldnotbestartedduringrainydays.Themoistureshouldbecontrolledwithinnomorethan4%.5、垫层混凝土施工时，按要求做好排水坡度，并在坑边设置积水坑，及时抽水。5.Forconcretecushionconstruction,weshouldmakeadrainageslopingandreserveplashsothatrainscanbepumpedoutintime.6、卫生间、消防泵房等通风不畅部位的防水施工应采取通风和排风措施，保证空气流通，做好个人防护，同时做好防火消防工作。6.Waterproofconstructiononbathroomsandfire-fightingpumphouseshouldbeventilated.Weshouldtakemeasurestoensureaircirculation,soundpersonalprotection,andfirefightingworks.7、外墙防水施工时，应密切注意边坡土体的稳定性，若位移较大则停止施工。7.Forexteriorwallconstruction,weshouldpayattentiontotheslopingstability.Ifthestabilityisbad,theworkshouldbestopped.7.4钢筋工程7.4ReinforcementWorks1、现场所堆放的钢筋，底层用混凝土垫高200mm。严禁钢筋被水淹或污染，雨后视情况对钢筋进行除锈处理，严禁把严重锈蚀钢筋用于结构上。若遇到连续时间较长的阴雨天，对钢筋或半成品须用塑料薄膜或苫布进行覆盖。1.Wepoura200mmblindinglayerforreinforcementbarsstorage.Wewilltryeveryefforttopreventreinforcementbarfrompollutingbyrains.Westrictlyprohibitcorrosivebarstobeappliedonstructures.Iftherainydayscontinue,thereinforcedbarsorsemi-finishedproductsshallbecoveredwithplasticfilmorsheet.2、雨天避免进行钢筋焊接施工。小雨时，必须在施工部位采取措施，可采用塑料布搭设临时防雨棚，不得让雨水淋在焊点上，待焊点完全冷却才能撤掉遮盖，以保证焊接质量；如遇大雨、大风天气，立即停止施工。2.Reinforcementbarweldingconstructionshouldavoidrainydays.Measuresmustbetakenintheconstructionsitewhenlightrainoccurred.Wecanuseplasticclothtomaketemporarycanopy.Toensurethequalityofweldingintermsofsolderjoint,theyshouldbecompletelyfreefromrains.Whenheavyrainsorwindyweathercomes,immediatelywestoptheconstruction.3、雷雨天气严禁进行各种焊接作业。3.Weldingarenotallowedtobeoperatedduringthunderstorms.4、雨后认真检查所有钢筋机械和用电设备的完好情况，发现问题，立即修复，必须保证在安全可靠的情况下才能重新启动。4.Wecarefullycheckallweldingcuttingmachineandtoolsandpowersupplyafterrains.Additionallywewillrepairanybreakdownimmediatelywhenwefindone，andwewillensuretheworkresumedundersafetyconditions.5、对已绑好未支撑的竖向钢筋结构必须用斜撑临时固定，以防被风吹倾斜或大风吹倒以致伤人。5.Tounsupportedverticalsteelstructure,weshouldusebracingtemporaryfixationtopreventwindtiltorstrongwinds.7.5模板工程7.5Formwork1、模板的支撑必须稳固，大风大雨后要认真检查已支模板是否变形，严禁在未加固的模板上作业，以防滑倒伤人。

1.Thetemplatemustbestablysupported,afterwindstormandheavyrain,thetemplatesmustbecarefullycheckedifthere’sdeformation,itisnotallowedtoworkontheunreinforcedtemplateforavoidingphysicalinjury.2、雨季施工期间所用脱模剂，应选用油性，粘结均匀牢固且耐冲洗脱模剂。严禁使用废机油，雨后认真检查，支设完成的模板遇雨后，脱模剂被雨水冲掉后，必须补刷，否则将影响混凝土表面光滑度。

2.Themold-releaseagentadoptedforconstructionintherainyseasonshallbeoil-basedandflushresistanceproductwithevenandtightbinding.Itisprohibitedtousewastemachineoil,checkingcarefullyafterraining,themold-releaseagentmustbebrushedrepeatedlyifitisrinsedoffbyrain,otherwise,itwillaffectthesmoothnessoftheconcretesurface.3、雨季施工期间尚未用到工程上的模板、木方底部应垫高20cm，码放整齐，用彩条布盖严，避免日晒雨淋变形。

3.Thebottomofthetemplateandwoodblockwhichhaven’tbeenadoptedforconstructionintherainyseasonshallbeblockedupfor20cmandstackedtidily,andthentightlycoveredwithcolorclothforavoidingdeformationcausedbyintensivesunlightandrain.4、木模板、竹胶板、多层板雨天应做好覆盖，模板安装前要检查平整度和含水率，不符合要求的不得进行安装。模板使用时重新涂刷脱模剂。

4.Thewoodtemplate,bambooplywoodandmultiplelayerboardmustbecoveredintherainyday,theevennessandwatercontentofthetemplatemustbecheckedbeforeinstallation,andtheproductwhichfailstomeettherequirementisnotallowedtobeinstalled.Thetemplateshallbecoatedwithmold-releaseagentagainwhenitisputintouse.5、雨后应将模板表面淤泥、积水清除；施工前检查板、墙的模板内是否有积水，若有积水应清理后再浇筑混凝土。

5.Afterraining,thesludgeandwatershallberemovedfromthetemplatesurface;beforeconstruction,checkingifthere’swaterintheboardandthetemplateofwalls,removingthewaterbeforepouringconcrete.6、大模板堆放场地须全部铺设石子，做好防风措施，保证大模板的堆放角度，并用钢管对大模板进行连接。

6.Theplaceforstackingbigtemplatemustbeconstructedwithstone,correctmeasuresshallbetakenforpreventingwind,thestackingangleofbigtemplateshallbeassured,andthebigtemplatesshallbeconnectedwithsteeltube.7、对于合模后不能及时浇筑的墙柱模板，应在模板底部留设排水口。

7.Thewallcolumntemplatewhichcan’tbepouredtimelyafterclosingthetemplate,thewateroutletshallbesetatthebottomofthetemplate.8、定制木模板、木料、竹胶板等堆放场地，应高出周边地面，严禁雨水浸泡。现场钢管等周转料存放场地，排水应通畅，及时覆盖塑料布。

8.Customizingtheplaceforstackingthewoodtemplate,timberandbambooplywood,theplaceshallbehigherthanthesurroundinggroundforavoidingimmersinginrainandwater.Theplaceforstoringtheturnovermaterialssuchassitesteeltubeshallhavesmoothwaterdrainage,andshallbetimelycoveredwithplasticcloth.9、六级及六级以上的风天禁止模板作业。

9.Templateconstructionisnotallowedinthewindyweatherwithscale6andhighergale.7.6混凝土工程

7.6ConcreteWorks1、每次混凝土浇筑前必须注意收听天气预报，避开大雨天气浇筑混凝土。小雨中浇注砼，施工组织必须有条不紊，严格按照砼施工工艺进行。注意砼留槎应满足规范要求，并预先计划设施工缝的位置，杜绝仓促设缝。

1.Beforepouringconcreteeachtime,listeningcarefullytotheweatherforecast,avoidingpouringconcreteintheweatherwithheavyrain.Whenpouringconcreteintheweatherwithdrizzle,orderlyconstructionmustbeensured,andtheconstructionmustbepromotedaccordingtotheconcreteconstructiontechnique.Theconcretestubbleshallmeetthecriterion,thepositionofconstructionjointshallbeplannedinadvance,avoidsettingthejointhurriedly.2、雨天进行混凝土浇筑时根据雨量对混凝土坍落度进行调整，要求搅拌站严格砂石含水率的测定，及时调整砼的用水量，加强现场砼坍落度的检查。浇筑时应用塑料布或苫布将浇筑构件覆盖，雨停后应将苫布上的积水清除干净。

2.Whenpouringconcreteintherainyday,theconcreteslumpshallbeadjustedaccordingtotherainingdegree,themixingplantshallstrictlytestthewatercontentofsaneandstoneandtimelyadjustthewaterconsumptionofconcreteaccording,andstrengthenthetestforsiteconcreteslump.Whenpouring,thepouringpartsshallbecoveredwithplasticclothortarpaulin,afterraining,thewateronthetarpaulinshallberemoved.3、如突然遇到大雨和暴雨，不能浇筑混凝土时，应用塑料布遮盖，避免雨水冲刷砼，并按规范要求将施工缝设置在结构合理位置。在已浇筑的混凝土上用塑料布覆盖，待大雨过后清除积水再继续浇筑。

3.Forsuddenheavyrainandrainstormandconcretecan’tbepoured,thentheconcreteshallbecoveredwithplasticclothforprotectingitfromrainandwater,additionally,theconstructionjointshallbesetattheplaceofreasonablestructureaccordingtothecriterion.Thepouredconcreteshallbeconstructedwithplasticcloth,afterheavyrain,thewatershallberemovedfromtheplasticclothbef
