Abstract

Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoforalmedicinetechnology,dentalrestorativematerialsareconstantlyupdated.Compositeresinisacommonlyusedmaterialfordentalrestoration,anditscompositestructureandperformanceresearchareincreasinglyattractingpeople'sattention.Inthisstudy,thestructureandperformanceofcompositeresinweresystematicallystudiedthroughacombinationoftheoreticalandexperimentalmethods,andtheadvantages,disadvantages,andapplicationprospectsofthematerialwereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatcompositeresinhasexcellentbiocompatibilityandgoodprocessingperformance,butneedsfurtherimprovementintermsofstrengthandwearresistance.Thisstudyprovidesstrongtheoreticalandexperimentalsupportfortheresearchanddevelopmentofcompositeresinindentalrestoration.

1.引言

齿科修复材料是修补或替换损伤或缺损牙齿的材料,在现代口腔医学中具有重要的作用。随着生物学、化学和材料科学等领域的不断进步,齿科修复材料也不断地被更新换代。复合树脂牙齿修复材料因其高强度、良好的美观性和生物相容性,成为了现代牙齿修复材料的重要组成部分之一。复合树脂作为一种双组份材料,由树脂和填料组成,因此其复合结构和性能成为了当前研究的热点和难点。

国内外针对复合树脂的研究主要包括以下方面:1)复合树脂基础理论研究,包括树脂基体、填充颗粒、填充剂等结构和性质的研究。2)复合树脂制备技术研究,如高填充体积浇注、气压压缩成型等。3)复合树脂的光固化与缩合应力研究。4)复合树脂预处理与粘接等研究。5)复合树脂的生物学性研究,如毒性测试、细胞相容性、组织相容性等。

2.复合树脂结构的理论研究

Metalrestorationsareusuallyreservedforteethinthebackofthemouth,astheyaredurableandcanwithstandtheforcesofchewing.Goldinparticularisapopularchoiceduetoitsbiocompatibilityandresistancetocorrosion.However,somepatientsmaynotlikethemetallicappearanceoftherestoration,andtheymaynotbesuitableforpatientswithmetalallergies.

Ceramicrestorations,ontheotherhand,areoftenusedforfrontteethorvisibleareasofthemouth.Theycanbematchedtothecolorofthepatient'snaturalteethandaremoreaestheticallypleasingthanmetalrestorations.However,theyaremorebrittlethanmetalrestorationsandmaynotbeasdurable.

Compositeresinrestorationsareamoreaffordableoptionandcanbeusedinavarietyofsituations,includingtofillcavitiesandrepairchippedorbrokenteeth.Theycanalsobematchedtothecolorofthepatient'snaturalteeth,buttheymaynotlastaslongasmetalorceramicrestorations.

Regardlessofthematerialused,itisimportantforpatientstopracticegoodoralhygieneandtoavoidhabitsthatcandamageorloosentherestoration,suchasbitingonhardobjectsorusingteethastools.Patientsshouldalsoattendregulardentalcheckupssothatanyissueswiththerestorationcanbedetectedandaddressedpromptly.

ComplicationsandRisks

Likeanymedicalprocedure,dentalrestorationscomewithcertainrisksandcomplications.Somepossibleissuesthatpatientsmayexperienceinclude:
