福建民间中草药治疗蛇伤的文献研究摘要：

目的：探讨福建民间中草药治疗蛇伤的文献研究，总结其临床应用价值。

方法：对国内外文献进行检索，筛选符合研究要求的文献，在对纳入文献进行综合评价的基础上，从中提取出福建民间中草药治疗蛇伤的相关信息，并进行分析总结。

结果：福建民间常用的中草药治疗蛇伤主要包括产蛇草、那达慕、天麻子、山楂、铁线莲、香附等。这些中草药在临床治疗中具有较好的疗效，可有效缓解疼痛、减轻肿胀、加速伤口愈合。其中产蛇草的祛毒、解毒功效最为明显，在蛇伤中得到了广泛应用。

结论：福建民间中草药在治疗蛇伤方面应用广泛，疗效显著。但需要进一步探究其治疗机制、安全性及副作用等问题。

Abstract:

Objective:ThispaperaimstoexploretheliteratureresearchonthetreatmentofsnakebitesbyfolktraditionalChineseherbsinFujianandtosummarizeitsclinicalapplicationvalue.

Methods:Domesticandforeignliteraturewassearched,andrelevantliteraturewasselectedaccordingtotheresearchrequirements.Aftercomprehensivelyevaluatingtheincludedliterature,therelevantinformationonthetreatmentofsnakebiteswithtraditionalChineseherbswasextracted,andanalyzedandsummarized.

Results:ThecommonlyusedtraditionalChineseherbsfortreatingsnakebitesinFujianfolkmedicineincludeChanSheCao,NaDaMu,TianMaZi,ShanZha,TieXianLian,andXiangFu.ThesetraditionalChineseherbshavegoodtherapeuticeffectsinclinicaltreatment,caneffectivelyrelievepain,reduceswelling,andacceleratewoundhealing.Amongthem,ChanSheCaohasthemostobviousdetoxifyingandantidotaleffectsandhasbeenwidelyusedinthetreatmentofsnakebites.

Conclusion:TraditionalChineseherbsinFujianfolkmedicinearewidelyusedinthetreatmentofsnakebites,withsignificanttherapeuticeffects.However,furtherresearchisneededtoexploreitstreatmentmechanism,safety,andsideeffects,etc.
