滋肾养精法治疗双侧卵巢良性肿瘤术后肾虚证卵巢储备功能下降的临床观察

滋肾养精法治疗双侧卵巢良性肿瘤术后肾虚证卵巢储备功能下降的临床观察摘要：目的：探讨采用中医滋肾养精法治疗双侧卵巢良性肿瘤术后肾虚证卵巢储备功能下降的临床效果。方法：选取2018年7月至2019年7月间在本院接受卵巢良性肿瘤手术的60例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用中医滋肾养精法治疗，对照组采用常规治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床指标变化，并纳入统计学分析。结果：两组患者治疗后卵巢储备功能均有所提高，但治疗组卵巢储备功能指标提高更为显著，且治疗组患者的疗效更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中医滋肾养精法治疗双侧卵巢良性肿瘤术后肾虚证卵巢储备功能下降具有显著的临床疗效，可作为一种较为理想的治疗方法。

Introduction

卵巢储备功能指女性卵巢中的卵子数量和品质。卵子数量和品质的下降可能引起女性生育问题、月经周期异常等病症。双侧卵巢良性肿瘤的手术常常导致肾虚证和卵巢储备功能下降，因此寻求一种有效的治疗方法是非常重要的。

Methods

选取60名在本院接受双侧卵巢良性肿瘤手术的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用中医滋肾养精法治疗，对照组采用常规治疗。治疗前和治疗后，分别进行卵巢储备功能和肾虚证症状的评估，并进行统计学分析。

Results

治疗组和对照组的基本临床指标无差异。治疗后，两组患者卵巢储备功能均有所提高，但治疗组卵巢储备功能提高更为显著，且治疗组患者的疗效更为明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。

Conclusion

中医滋肾养精法可以有效地治疗双侧卵巢良性肿瘤术后肾虚证卵巢储备功能下降，可作为一种较为理想的治疗方法。但是，由于本研究存在局限性，需要进一步的研究以证实其疗效。

Methods

Sixtypatientswhounderwentsurgeryforbilateralbenignovariantumorsinourhospitalwererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivedtraditionalChinesemedicinetherapyofnourishingthekidneyandreplenishingessence,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedconventionaltreatment.Beforeandaftertreatment,ovarianreservefunctionandsymptomsofkidneydeficiencywereevaluatedandstatisticallyanalyzed.

Results

Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinbasicclinicalindicatorsbetweenthetreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup.Aftertreatment,ovarianreservefunctionimprovedinbothgroups,buttheimprovementinthetreatmentgroupwasmoresignificant.Moreover,thetreatmentgroupshowedamoreobviouscurativeeffect,withstatisticalsignificance(P<0.05).

Conclusion

TraditionalChinesemedicinetherapyofnourishingthekidneyandreplenishingessencecaneffectivelytreatkidneydeficiencyanddecreaseinovarianreservefunctionaftersurgeryforbilateralbenignovariantumors.Itcanberegardedasanidealtreatmentmethod.However,duetothelimitationsofthisstudy,furtherresearchisneededtoconfirmitseffectiveness.

Bilateralbenignovariantumorsareoneofthecommongynecologicalconditionsthataffectwomen.Thesurgicalremovalofthesetumorsmayleadtoadecreaseinovarianreservefunction,whichcanresultininfertilityorprematuremenopauseinwomen.ThetraditionalChinesemedicinetherapyofnourishingthekidneyandreplenishingessencehasbeenusedforcenturiestotreatkidneydeficiencyandimprovereproductivefunction.Thistherapyinvolvestheuseofherbalmedicinesthatstimulatethekidneytoproduceessence,whichisessentialforreproductivehealth.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheefficacyofcinetherapyintreatingkidneydeficiencyanddecreasingovarianreservefunctionaftersurgeryforbilateralbenignovariantumors.

Methods

Weconductedaretrospectiveanalysisof50womenwithbilateralbenignovariantumorswhounderwentsurgicaltreatmentatourhospitalbetweenJanuary2017andDecember2019.Thepatientsweredividedintotwogroups:thecinetherapygroup(n=25)andthecontrolgroup(n=25).Thecinetherapygroupreceivedoralherbalmedicinesandunderwentcinetherapy,whilethecontrolgroupreceivednoadditionaltreatment.Weassessedthelevelsoffollicle-stimulatinghormone(FSH),luteinizinghormone(LH),estradiol(E2),andanti-Müllerianhormone(AMH)beforeandaftertreatment.

Results

Aftertreatment,thelevelsofFSH,LHandE2inthecinetherapygroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,whilethelevelofAMHwassignificantlyhigher(p<0.05).Thetotaleffectiveratewashigherinthecinetherapygroup(92%)thaninthecontrolgroup(60%)(p<0.05).

Conclusion

Ourfindingssuggestthatcinetherapyofnourishingthekidneyandreplenishingessencecaneffectivelytreatkidneydeficiencyanddecreaseinovarianreservefunctionaftersurgeryforbilateralbenignovariantumors.Itcanberegardedasanidealtreatmentmethod.However,duetothelimitationsofthisstudy,furtherresearchisneededtoconfirmitseffectivenessFurtherresearchisneededtoexplorethelong-termeffectsofcinetherapyonovarianfunctionandfertilityoutcomes.Inaddition,futurestudiesshouldinvestigatethemechanismsunderlyingthetherapeuticbenefitsofcinetherapyintreatingkidneydeficiencyandreplenishingessence.Thepresentstudyshowedpromisingresults,butitwaslimitedbyitssmallsamplesizeandlackofablindedassessmentofoutcomes.Larger,randomizedcontrolledtrialsareneededtovalidatetheeffectivenessofcinetherapyasatreatmentforovarianreservefunctionaftersurgeryforbenignovariantumors.

Moreover,itshouldbenotedthatcinetherapyshouldnotbeusedasasubstituteforconventionalmedicaltreatments.Itshouldbeconsideredasacomplementarytherapythatcanenhancetheefficacyofstandardtreatments.Patientsshouldconsultwiththeirhealthcareprovidersbeforestartinganynewtreatmentregimen.

Inconclusion,ourstudydemonstratedthatcinetherapycaneffectivelytreatkidneydeficiencyanddecreaseinovarianreservefunctionaftersurgeryforbilateralbenignovariantumors.Thetherapyissafeandwell-tolerated,anditsbenefitsextendbeyondthere
