ofcigarettes,givetheFDAfullauthoritytoregulatetobaccoproducts,
banadvertisingaimedatchildren,andprotecttobaccofarmers.
Westillhaveworktodointhislegislation.Aboveall,weneedto
putinplacetoughpenaltiesthatwillcostthetobaccoindustryifit
