2010-03-1212:08:02/个人分类：管理文献资料/?uid-11241-action-viewspace-itemid-58542查看(154)/评论(0)/评分(0/0)文章来源文章来源:转载SCI论文投稿步骤及其经验总结（一）投稿程序1、选择合适的SCI期刊-Chooseajournal。结合专业知识、2008或2007年度影响因子表和他人经验来综合选择要投递的期刊，并进入该期刊查询系统查询近年来的文章走向。2、下载Introductionforsubmission。只要到每个杂志的首页，打开submitpaper一栏，点击Introduction查看或下载即可。3、稿件及其相关材料准备-Preparation：Manuscript.doc、Tables.doc、Figures.tiff（jpg等）、Coverletter，有时还有Titlepage、Copyrightagreement、Conflictsofinterest等。4、网上投稿-Submitamanuscript：先到每个杂志的首页，打开submitpaper一栏，先以通讯作者的身份register一个账号，然后以authorlogin身份登录，按照提示依次完成：SelectArticleType、EnterTitle、Add/Edit/RemoveAuthors、SubmitAbstract、EnterKeywords、SelectClassifications、EnterComments、RequestEditor、AttachFiles，最后下载pdf，查看无误后，即可到投稿主页approvesubmission或直接submitit。5、不定期关注稿件状态-Status：SubmitNewManuscript、SubmissionsSentBacktoAuthor、IcompleteSubmissions、SbmissionsWaitingforAuthor'sApproval、SubmissionsBeingProcessed、SubmissionsNeedingRevision、RvisionsSentBacktoAuthor、IcompleteSubmissionsBeingRevised、RisionsWaitingforAuthor'sApproval、RevisionsBeingProcessed、DeclinedRevisions。6、修回稿的投递-Submittedtherevisedmanuscript：主要修改revisedmanuscript、responsetothereviewers、coverletter，还有其他修改的相关材料。程序是进入投稿主页mainmenu，点击revise，仍然按照原先程序投递（近似于4），切记把修改的标题、摘要和回复信等内容要修改。最后上传附件时，先把留下来且未修改的材料前打钩（表示留下不变），然后点击next，再上传已经修改的材料（主要包括revisedmanuscript、responsetothereviewers、coverletter等），最后下载pdf，查看无误后，即可到投稿主页approvesubmission或直接submitit。7、校样-Correcttheproof：一般编辑部先寄出三个电子文档，包括Query、Proofs、p-annotate，有时也可能伴有纸质文档校样，如一次Jpinealresearch。校样后通过E-mail寄出即可。8、版权协议-Copyrightagreement和利益冲突-Conflictsofinterest：一般首次投稿时就需要提供，但也有少数杂志是Accepted之后才需要提供。（二）投稿经验总结1、正确选择对口的SCI期刊。原则上是先投递高影响因子的杂志，然后不断降低IF，但是大家都知道没改投一种杂志，我们可能光改变格式可能很长时间，除非你采用了文献管理软件。我认为也不能盲目投递杂志，应该要结合专业知识、2008或2007年度影响因子表和他人经验来综合选择要投递的期刊，然后再进入该期刊文章查询系统查询近年来的文章走向，包括专业内容、种属等。2、不能进行一稿两投。这种投机取巧之事最好不要做，因为许多杂志之间的编委是相同的，一旦同一篇文章两次发到同一个编委或审稿人手中，那后果就不堪设想，尤其那些投递手稿时就需要转移协议的，切记主要版权问题。3、如何正确选择必需推荐的审稿人？一般编辑不会选择你推荐的审稿人，但你还是尽量选择同行中的小专家。但这也与你的投稿目的有关，若十分自信文章的创新性和中肯意见，你可以从参考文献中挑选大专家。4、如何礼貌地向编辑咨询稿件状态？我曾经在ToxicologicalScience上投一篇文章，2个月时我“很不礼貌”地向编辑咨询稿件状态，其实不是有意的，只是写英文信的口气完全按照中文语气，不委婉。后来次日编辑就回信说rejectthepaper，不知道这是巧合还是带着性格。但与人相处时，是存在感情因素的，尤其是可以accept或者也可以reject时，很有用。5、如何提高一次投稿的成功率？文章本身的创新性是第一位因素，对口期刊选择、文章格式完美、语句通顺（尤其符合英文习惯）等也很重要。6、版权协议和利益冲突表格要谨慎填写。签名时尽量不要代签，以免被编辑发现时的尴尬。7、尽可能参照投稿说明，认真修改手稿格式。这一点是衡量一位科研工作者的严谨程度，建议大家认真阅读Introductionforsubmission，逐条地改正，以防延误同行评审时间。8、修回后投稿一定要核对初稿中改正的地方：标题、摘要、coverletter等。9、要了解此刊是否需要审稿费和版面费？大家都知道版面费一般都是用美元衡量的，建议最好选择不需要版面费的（不用彩图也收版面费的）。但是有些杂志，如Endocrinology等杂志就需要版面费，多数杂志若有彩图印刷都要版面费的，大家谨慎选择。10、一般外文SCI杂志的审稿周期是1-3月。大家一方面耐心等待，若2月左右没有消息，可以通过e-mail咨询一下稿件状态。我的感觉是好一点杂志审稿周期短一点，而往往是差一点的杂志却老是拖，曾经遇到一个IF2.5的杂志3个多月后咨询：原因是找不到审稿人，多少审稿人推脱最近很忙SCI论文写作实战技巧/?uid-33467-action-viewspace-itemid-60273上一篇/下一篇

2010-04-0213:52:04/个人分类：投稿经历查看(23)/评论(0)/评分(0/0)文章来源文章来源:转载SCI论文已经成职称评估，博士毕业所不可缺少的一部分了呀！针对于国内的种种需求，SCI论文变得越来越受到重视。那么该论文的写作到底有什技巧呢？我个人针对于写作经验及其各位老师的写作手法进行了概要，具体如下：1.在针对自己的要写论文的内容，进行文献检索，查到所有相关的论文；检索论文分为可以网站上搜到全文的，再有就是需要找到杂志复印的；其实，还有一部分就Online的，也就说还没有出版，但是马上要出版的呀！2.论文写作无外乎就那么几个部分：2.1题目-要全面概况论文的内容；2.2摘要尽量简练，这里需要模仿相关论文的摘要；2.3前言，不怎么好写，一般分为四段法，第一段总括，第二段具体研究概况，第三段你论文的研究对象研究现状，第四段你为什么做这个东西。2.4材料与方法，这个就是简单修改其他人写过的就可以了，因为都是大同小异，但要注意细节。2.5结果，写论文第一件事就是处理结果，定位一下你论文的能否写成英文，能投到什么刊物上，结果的处理很重要，既要说明问题，又要简练。2.6讨论，比较难写，针对于本文的主要2-4个问题展开讨论，不要面面俱到，什么都写，SCI论文不想中文讨论很多。这里需要大量的文献作支撑。2.7致谢，把帮过你的人没能成为作者的致谢一下子就OK了，这个部分很容易。2.8参考文献，这个部分说容易很容易，说难了也不简单，需要完全按照要投的刊物来修订，决定不要这个刊物的标准用在哪个刊物上，这样会造成给主编不尊重的感觉，一定要小心。2.9附加材料，有的时候论文需要附加材料比如分子测序等，这个部分作为很小的部分单列。3.语言写作，这里的语言尽量用别人的话，你不要自己乱说话，除非没办法，否则就会受到这样的审稿意见，作者不是Native语言之类的话；参照了别人，很容易被接受。4.论文新意，一篇论文一定有自己的画龙点睛的部分，重点突出这部分。尤其在结论部分就是要讨论的最后一段上，说上那么3句话左右来强调你的最新成果。5.写作程序，可以每天写一部分，或者写上一段，每天都写，每天都看，一般一篇论文的写作也就是15-30天。6.写作精神，这年头什么事情就怕坚持，只要你坚持住就一定会成功。祝各位博友SCI论文写作顺利，投稿成功。SCI期刊稿件的准备与投送上一篇/下一篇
