说明:本文档主要用于计算和分析某一设备在一个月内每天以及本月总体的运行效率(包括时间稼动率、性能稼动率、良品率、设备综合效率等关键数据和信息分析)。本表格对部分关键数据的计算方式进行了详细说明,且在表格中以自动函数形式呈现。(表格中内含自动计算公式,只需录入部分基本数据即可,白色为录入数据部分,颜色标注部分为自动函数。)日期以2016年3月为例,若需修改,只需要修改起始日期即可,其他日期及星期皆为自动函数。,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

1.每日总计划时间设定:1天8小时*60=480分钟;2.基准生产周期设定为2分钟,也可以根据理论生产节拍设定;3.时间稼动率=实际运行时间/计划开机时间;,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

4.性能稼动率=基准生产周期*实际生产数量/稼动时间(或者实际产能/标准产能);5.良品率=实际良品数/实际产能;6.设备综合效率(OEE)=时间稼动率*性能稼动率*良品率,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
