的。材料的质量应是其各自种类中的最佳等级。工程应严格按照图纸和规范的要求，以最佳和最可接受的方式进行。建筑师对工程和材料的质量和数量的决定应是最终的，并且是承包人获得任何款项的权利的先决条件。15.05TEMPORARYWATER,POWERANDTELEPHONEFACILITIES:TheContractorshallmakeallnecessaryarrangementswiththelocalutilitycompaniesinorderthattemporaryfacilitiesforwater,power,andtelephonearesufficientlyprovidedtillthecompletionofthework.AllexpensesincurredinconnectionstherewithshallbepaidbytheContractor15.05临时供水、供电和电话设施承包商应与当地公用事业公司作出一切必要的安排，以便在工程竣工前充分提供水、电和电话的临时设施并承担关的所有费用。15.06TEMPORARYSIGNS:NosignsadvertisementswillallowedtobedisplayedwithouttheArchitect’sapproval.TheContractormayerectonepaintedsignasapprovedbytheArchitect,givingnamesandaddressesoftheArchitect,Contractorandvarioussub-contractors.TheArchitectshallapprovesize,colour,lettering,andsignlocations.15.06临时标志没有建筑师的批准，任何标志广告都不允许展示。承包商可以竖立一个经建筑师批准的油漆标志，提供建筑师、承包商和各分包商的名称和地址，其尺寸、颜色、字样和标志位置由建筑师批准。15.07TEMPORARYROADWAYS:TheContractorshallconstructandproperlymaintaintemporaryroadwayswithinandadjacenttositeinordertoprovideproperaccesstothebuilding.Temporaryroadwaysshalladequatelysustainloadstobecarriedonthemandbesoconstructedasnottoendangerexistingornewlyinstalledundergroundstructures.15.07临时道路：承包商应在工地内和邻近地区建造并适当维护临时道路，以便为建筑物提供适当的通道。临时道路应能充分承受其承载的负荷，其构造不应危及现有或新安装的地下结构。20.03INSPECTIONOFWORK:20.03工程检查：TheOwner,ArchitectandtheirrepresentativesshallatalltimeshaveaccesstotheworkwhereveritisinpreparationorprogressandtheContractorshallprovideproperfacilitiesforsuchaccessandforinspection.业主、建筑师和他们的代表应在任何时候都能进入正在准备或正在进行的工程，承包商应提供适当的设施，以便进入和检查。a.Ifthespecifications,theArchitect’sInstructions,laws,ordinancesoranypublicauthorityrequireanyworktobespecificallytestedorapproved,theContractorshallgivetheArchitectandotherpartiesrequiredtomaketheinspection,timelynoticeofitsreadinessforinspection,andthedatefixedforsuchinspection.InspectionsbytheArchitectshallbepromptlymadeandwerepracticable,atthesourceofsupply.IfanyworkshouldbecoveredupwithoutapprovalorconsentoftheArchitect,itmust,ifrequiredbytheArchitect,beuncoveredforexaminationattheContractor’sex
