tolerance'approachtosugar,shegaveitupaltogether,thinkingitwould

makeherhealthier.Initiallyshesays,"Myfirstfortnightinvolvesmood

swingsworsethanpuberty.Ihaveagonisingheadachesandfeel

permanentlyhungover."Thesesymptomsdisappearedbutshestillfound

foodshoppinghardasshewasstressingaboutbuyingtherightthings.

Herexperimentwasn'tasuccess.Sheeventuallysoughtadvicefrom
