[的英文]的客车租用合同范本BUSRENTALAGREEMENTThisBusRentalAgreement(“Agreement”)ismadeeffectiveasof[Date],byandbetween:[ClientNameandAddress](“Client”),and[RentalCompanyNameandAddress](“RentalCompany”).WHEREAS,[Client]desirestorentabusfrom[RentalCompany]forthepurposeof[PurposeofRental];andWHEREAS,[RentalCompany]iswillingtorentthebusto[Client]onthetermssetforthinthisAgreement.NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisesandcovenantscontainedherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:1.BUSRENTAL.[RentalCompany]agreestorentto[Client],and[Client]agreestorentfrom[RentalCompany],abus(the“Bus”)forthepurposeof[PurposeofRental].2.RENTALPERIOD.Therentalperiodshallbeon[StartDate]to[EndDate],unlessotherwiseagreedbythepartiesinwriting.3.RENTALPAYMENT.[Client]agreestopay[RentalCompany]thetotalrentalfeeof[TotalRentalFee]fortherentalperiod.Paymentshallbein[Currency]andshallbemade[PaymentMethod]uponexecutionofthisAgreement.4.VEHICLERETURN.TheBusshallbereturnedto[RentalCompany]by[ReturnDateandTime],atthelocationspecifiedby[RentalCompany].IftheBusisnotreturnedbytheagreedupontimeandlocation,[Client]shallbechargedalatefeeof[LateFee]perhouruntiltheBusisreturned.5.USEOFBUS.[Client]shallusetheBusonlyforthepurposeof[PurposeofRental]andshallensurethattheBusisnotoperatedinviolationofanylawsorregulations.6.MAINTENANCEANDREPAIRS.[RentalCompany]shallprovidetheBusingoodworkingcondition.[Client]shallberesponsibleforthecostsofanyrepairsormaintenancerequiredduringtherentalperiod,unlesscausedbynormalwearandtear.7.INSURANCE.[RentalCompany]shallmaintaininsuranceontheBusduringtherentalperiod.[Client]shallberesponsibleforanydeductibleintheeventofaclaim.8.REPRESENTATIONSANDWARRANTIES.BothpartiesrepresentandwarrantthattheyhavetheauthoritytoenterintothisAgreementandthatthisAgreementisnotinviolationofanyotheragreementtowhichtheyareaparty.9.TERMINATION.EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementupon[NoticePeriod]dayswrittennoticetotheotherparty.10.GOVERNINGLAW.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina.11.ENTIREAGREEMENT.ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireunderstandingoftheparties,supersedingallpriornegotiations,understandings,andagreementsbetweenthepartiesrelatingtothesubjectmatterhereof.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartieshaveexecutedthisAgreementasofthedatefirstab
