1.sapsuccessfactors项目的管理、业务调研并提供系统解决方案；

2.基于客户要求，通过successfactors实施方法论进行配置，向客户演示迭代配置结果，帮助客户完成uat测试。

3.基于人力资源业务流程理解和对产品的专业知识，推动合作伙伴协作。

岗位要求：

1.掌握successfactors相关模块知识，有证书者优先考虑。

2.具有4年以上successfactors实施和项目管理工作经验；

3.适应经常出差的工作环境，并具有很强的团队合作能力；

4.较强的人际沟通能力、客户关系、团队合作能力;
