depressionthanthosewhowerenon-drinkers.However,asanobservationalstudy,itcouldn'testablishcauseand

effect,onlyassociation.

Teaalsohassomebenefitsforourphysicalhealth—it'slinkedtoalongerlife,couldreducesomeriskfactors

forcardiovascular(心血管的)diseasesuchasheartattackandstroke,andmayalsohaveaweight-losingeffect.
