特點：特異性消化DNA-RNA雜合鏈中的RNA，常用於cDNA第二鏈的合成。

用途：DNA-RNA雜合鏈中去除RNA，例如cDNA第二條鏈合成前去除mRNA；通過互補的DNA序列實現對RNA的定點剪切；除去雜交到poly(dT)上的mRNA中的poly(A)；體外多腺苷酸化反應(polyadenylationreaction)產物研究。
