able,suchprovisionshallbestruckandtheremainingprovisionsshallbeenforced.26.SurvivalTheprovisionsofthisAgreementconcerningwarranties,indemnification,andconfidentialityshallsurvivetheterminationorexpirationofthisAgreement.27.ExecutionofAdditio
