高考完形填空训练(2)高考完形填空的设计思路和命题思想:1、对逻辑意义理解能力的考查。纵观这几年的高考完形填空题,不难发现完形填空题对上下文语境理解的考查题几乎占整个题型的一半,这足以说明此类题型在完形填空题中所占的比重之大。例:Itwasanearlymorninginsummer.Inthestreets,sleepy-eyespeopleweremovingquickly,headingtowardstheir41.Thiswasthebeginningofanother42dayinNewYorkCity.43thisdaywastobedifferent41.A.jobsB.homesC.usesD.offices42.A.workingB.hotC.sameD.ordinary43.A.AndB.SoC.ButD.Thus分析:从上下文语境可知,这是纽约人生活中又一个平常的一天。早晨人们匆匆忙忙地去上班,但是这平凡的一天里却发生了一件不平凡的事。office意义过窄,仅能表明所谓的白领阶层的工作,因此,第41空只能选A。从第42空前面的another可以推断,这一天与平常无异,故选D,该空的最大干扰项是C,很容易误选,但和上下文照应则发现其明显不符合上下文的逻辑。因此,综合上下文的语境看出第42空选D。其行文逻辑在平平常常的一天里却发生了一件异乎寻常的事,故43空选C。2、对常用习语的搭配和惯用法的考查。这些重要的短语也是放在短文的语境中去考查,而不是简单的记忆考查。例1:Scientistsaredoingaresearch42her.42.A.forB.byC.toD.on分析:从句意中不难发现,该题考查考生在具体的语境中对词组doaresearchonsth的掌握。答案为D。例2:Whenshewantstobepicked46,Washoepointsupwithonefinger.46.A.outB.atC.onD.up分析:该题考查考生对短语pickup的掌握。答案为D3、对句式结构或句型的考查。特别是对复杂的句式结构的分析理解的考查,是备受命题人青睐的。例1:Waiting44thecrowdedstreets,ontopofa45110storieshigh,wasPhilippe.44.A.forB.inC.byD.above45.A.roofB.positionC.wallD.building分析:该句为介词短语在前的倒装句,在掌握该句结构的基础上,不难理解这位冒险家正在一栋110层高的楼上等待着,故两题答案都是D。例2:Washoehasalsobeentrainedtothinkoutandfindanswerstoproblems.Onceshewasputinaroomwithfoodhangingfromtheceiling.Itwastoohighto50.Aftersheconsideredthe51,shegotatallboxtostand52.Thefoodwasstilltoohightobereached.50.A.pullB.seeC.eatD.reach51.A.problemB.positionC.foodD.ceiling52.A.byB.onC.upD.with分析:句子意思是“食物太高,够不着,于是她找来一个高高的箱子站在上面。”据此,答案分别为D、A、B4、对词汇的意义与用法的考查有些小题,仅读懂了全文还不能确定答案,还要准确掌握词汇的意义和熟练掌握词汇的用法。尤其是词汇的意义,对其内涵、外延、褒贬、修辞色彩等都要有所了解和积累,要善于在具体的语境中分辨词汇的具体意义,切忌望文生义。例1:Shewentfromroomtoroom,checking,andfoundhercameraandsparewatch48.48.A.losingB.missingC.leavingD.disappearing分析:正确答案为 B,表示“什么东西不见了,丢失了”。lose也可以表示东西丢失,但要说lost。leaving没有“丢失”的意思。disappearing意为“消失”,不合文意。例2:(原文承接第3点例2)...Washoefounda53pole.Thensheclimbedontothe54,graspedthepole,and55downthefoodwiththepole.53.A.straightB.strongC.longD.big54.A.wallB.boxC.ceilingD.pole55.A.knockedB.shookC.tookD.picked分析:该句中第53题和第55题均涉及词义的辨析。由语境可以知道食物太高,于是Washoe“找到竿子,爬到箱子上,拿起竿子,把食物砸下来”,故第53题选C(竿子是长的才符合逻辑)。而第55题实用竿子只能“砸”,而不是“摇”、“取”或“捡”,故选A。由上下文容易推断第54题选B。5、对通篇理解、全方位思考问题能力的考查。这主要包括2个方面:a、提示在前。有时候根据小题本身不能确定答案,似乎几个选项都正确,其实,正确的答案在上文已有信息提示。例:Apieceofwireappearedthroughtheletter-box,andthenahand.Thewireturnedandcaughtaroundtheknob(圆形旋钮)onthedoor-lock.MrsClarkeraisedthekettleandpouredthewateroverthehand.60washeardoutsideasthe61felltothefloorandthehandwaspulledback.60.A.AsadvoiceB.AstrangenoiseC.AwarningshoutD.Asharpcry61.A.keyB.kettleC.door-lockD.wire分析:在上文已经提到“一根铁丝伸了进来,然后便是一只手”。这就是文中的提示,让考生做提示后面的问题,“铁丝掉在地板上”。答案:DDb、提示在后。还有一些题目需要根据下文的暗示才能确定答案。这种暗示有时是直接的,即直接出现正确选项的单词;有时是间接的,考生要根据内容来推断正确的答案。例1:...(原文承接第3点例1)ThisdaringFrenchmanwasaboutto46atightropebetweenthetwotowersoftheWorldTradeCentre.Philippetookhisfirst
stepwithgreatcare.Thewireheld.Nowhewas
surehecoulddoit.Withonlyabalancingpole,Philippewalkedhiswayacross,a
distanceof131feet.46.A.throwB.walkC.climbD.fix分析:考生阅读到此还是难以确定答案,但再读下去,文中出现了Philippewalkedhiswayacross,所以很显然,答案应该是B。一星级训练Test1(P13)Haveyouhadalargehelpingofgoodnewslately?Awoman1herpastor(牧师).“Wejustwon$10millioninthelottery(彩票)!”she2attheotherend.“ButI’mafraidtotellmy3.HehasaweakheartandI’mafraidhemayhaveaheartattack.Pastor,wouldyoubeabletotellhimforme?”sheasked?Theclergyman4thatperhapshecould,sohecamerightoverandsatdownwiththeman.“Whatwouldyoudo,”hebegan,“ifyouweretowin$500,000inthe5?”“MywifewouldgiveupherjobandIcouldworklessand6more,”themansaid.“Whatwouldyoudoifyouwereto7onemilliondollarsinthelottery?”thepastorasked.“IfIweretowinthatmuchwecouldbothretire,”themansaid.“Lifewouldbe8.”Thepastor9,“Well,whatwouldyoudoifyouweretowinfivemilliondollars?”“Wecoulddoanythingwewanted!”heexclaimed.“Wecould10,liveanywhereinthe11andwecouldenjoya12weneverdreamedwecouldlive!”13theclergyman(牧师)gottoit,“Tellme...whatwouldyoudoifyouwontenmilliondollarsinthelottery?”“Tenmilliondollars?Why,ifIeverwonthatmuch,Pastor,I’d14halfofittoyouandthe15.”Thepastorhadaheartattack.1.A.remindedB.surprisedC.calledD.asked2.A.screamedB.shoutedC.saidD.commented3.A.brotherB.fatherC.sonD.husband4.A.ensuredB.imaginedC.thoughtD.calculated5.A.competitionB.raceC.betD.lottery6.A.exerciseB.studyC.relaxD.earn7.A.makeB.winC.loseD.miss8.A.goodB.terribleC.hardD.short9.A.continuedB.stoppedC.sightedD.complained10.A.restB.sleepC.travelD.breathe11.A.spaceB.cityC.countryD.world12.A.hotelB.lifeC.tripD.meal13.A.FinallyB.SuddenlyC.SimplyD.Clearly14.A.divideB.giveC.supplyD.steal15.A.shopB.schoolC.hospitalD.church二星级训练Test2(P17)Therewassomethingwrongwithmyson’sfeetsincehewasborn.Thedoctor1usthatwithtreatmenthewouldbeabletowalknormallybutwouldneverrunverywell.Afterthreeyears’2inthehospital,youwouldn'tknowhehada3whenyousawhimwalk.Thechildreninourneighborhoodranaroundandplayed,andhewouldjumprightin,runandplay,too.Wenevertoldhimheprobablywouldn'tbeableto4aswellastheotherchildren.Sohedidn’tknow.In5gradehedecidedtogooutforthecross-country6.Everydayhetrainedwiththeteam.Heworked7andranmorethananyoftheothers.Perhapshe8thattheabilitiesthatseemedtocome9toothersdidn'tcomenaturallytohim.Althoughtheentireteamruns,onlythetopsevenrunnerscouldbeaccepted.Wedidn'ttellhimheprobablywould10maketheteam,sohedidn'tknow.Hecontinuedtorunfourtofivemilesaday,everyday------11thedayhehada103-degreefever.Iwas12,soIwenttolookforhimafterschool.I13himrunningallalone.Iaskedhimhowhefelt.“Okay,”hesaid.Hehadtwomoremilestogo.Thesweatrandownhisface.Yethelookedstraightaheadandkeptrunning.Twoweekslater,thenamesoftheteamrunnerswere14.Mysonwasnumbersixonthelist.He15theteam.Hewasinseventhgradebuttheothersixteammemberswerealleighth-graders.Wenevertoldhimheshouldn'texpecttomaketheteam.Wenevertoldhimhecouldn'tdoit...sohedidn'tknow.Hejustdidit.1.A.complainedB.scoldedC.toldD.persuaded2.A.preparationB.treatmentC.satisfactionD.movement3.A.footB.stickC.thoughtD.problem4.A.walkB.trainC.runD.speak5.A.eighthB.sixthC.ninthD.seventh6.A.schoolB.classC.teamD.company7.A.leastB.harderC.lessD.hardest8.A.sensedB.knewC.agreedD.pretended9.A.patientlyB.naturallyC.curiouslyD.immediately10.A.actuallyB.reallyC.neverD.seldom11.A.evenB.everC.thusD.still12.A.disappointedB.bad-temperedC.attractedD.worried13.A.allowedB.suggestedC.foundD.appreciated14.A.avoidedB.puzzledC.appointedD.called15.A.recognizedB.madeC.organizedD.afforded三星级训练Test3(P50)Habits,whethergoodorbad,aregraduallydeveloped.Whenapersondoesa1thingonceagain,heisforcedbythesameunseen2todothesamething3.Thusahabitisformed.Onceahabitisformed,itisdifficultandevenimpossibleto__4__off.Forexample,onceamanhastolda__5__,hecannothelptellinganotheroneinordertohidethefirst,andthenathirdanaforth,untilthe__6__isformed.Afterthatthevictim(受害者)willsaysomethinguntrueevenwhen__7__tospeakthetruth.Thereforeitisvery__8__thatweshouldexercisegreatcareintheformationofhabits.Childrenoftenformbadhabits,someofwhich__9__withthemaslongastheylive.Olderpersonsalsoform__10__habits,andinsomecasesbecomeruinedbythem.
