公司管理制度中英文一、总则(一)宗旨本公司管理制度旨在规范公司内部各项工作流程,确保公司运营的高效、有序,保障员工权益,促进公司与员工的共同发展,实现公司的战略目标。(二)适用范围本制度适用于本公司全体员工,包括正式员工、试用期员工、兼职员工等。(三)基本原则1.合法性原则:公司各项制度的制定与执行必须符合国家法律法规的要求。2.公平公正原则:对待所有员工一视同仁,在考核、晋升、奖惩等方面遵循公平公正的标准。3.民主参与原则:鼓励员工参与制度的制定与修订,充分听取员工的意见和建议。4.与时俱进原则:根据公司发展和外部环境变化,适时对制度进行调整和完善。二、组织架构与职责(一)公司组织架构图[此处可插入公司详细的组织架构图](二)各部门职责1.行政部负责公司行政管理事务,包括文件管理、会议组织、办公用品采购、车辆管理、环境卫生维护等。AdministrativeDepartmentisresponsiblefortheadministrativeaffairsofthepany,includingdocumentmanagement,meetingorganization,procurementofofficesupplies,vehiclemanagement,environmentalsanitationmaintenance,etc.2.财务部负责公司财务管理工作,包括财务预算、会计核算、资金管理、税务申报、财务审计等。FinanceDepartmentisresponsibleforthefinancialmanagementofthepany,includingfinancialbudget,accounting,fundmanagement,taxdeclaration,financialaudit,etc.3.人力资源部负责人事招聘、培训与开发、绩效考核、薪酬福利、员工关系等工作。HumanResourcesDepartmentisresponsibleforpersonnelrecruitment,traininganddevelopment,performanceappraisal,salaryandwelfare,employeerelations,etc.4.业务部承担公司业务拓展、客户开发与维护、项目执行等工作,根据公司业务类型具体划分职责。BusinessDepartmentundertakestheworkofpanybusinessexpansion,customerdevelopmentandmaintenance,projectimplementation,etc.,andtheresponsibilitiesarespecificallydividedaccordingtothepany'sbusinesstypes.5.技术部专注于公司技术研发、产品创新、技术支持等工作,为公司业务提供技术保障。TechnicalDepartmentfocusesonthepany'stechnologyresearchanddevelopment,productinnovation,technicalsupport,etc.,providingtechnicalguaranteeforthepany'sbusiness.三、考勤制度(一)工作时间公司实行[具体工作时间,如每周五天工作制,上午9:0012:00,下午13:0017:00]。Thepanyimplementsa[specificworkinghours,suchasafivedayworkweek,9:0012:00inthemorningand13:0017:00intheafternoon].(二)考勤记录员工应通过公司指定的考勤系统或签到表记录出勤情况。Employeesshouldrecordtheirattendancethroughthepany'sdesignatedattendancesystemorsigninsheet.(三)请假制度1.请假类别:包括病假、事假、年假、婚假、产假、陪产假、丧假等。Leavetypes:includingsickleave,personalleave,annualleave,marriageleave,maternityleave,paternityleave,bereavementleave,etc.2.请假流程员工需提前填写请假申请表,注明请假类型、时间、原因等,按审批权限提交审批。Employeesneedtofillintheleaveapplicationforminadvance,indicatingtheleavetype,time,reason,etc.,andsubmititforapprovalaccordingtotheapprovalauthority.请假1天以内(含1天)由部门主管审批;请假1天以上至3天由部门经理审批;请假3天以上由总经理审批。Forleavewithin1day(including1day),itisapprovedbythedepartmentsupervisor;forleavefrom1dayto3days,itisapprovedbythedepartmentmanager;forleaveover3days,itisapprovedbythegeneralmanager.3.病假:需提供医院证明。Sickleave:Ahospitalcertificateisrequired.4.事假:无特殊情况,事假累计天数不得超过[规定天数]。Personalleave:Withoutspecialcircumstances,thecumulativenumberofpersonalleavedaysshallnotexceed[specifieddays].5.年假:员工根据工作年限享受相应天数的年假,具体标准为[详细年假标准]。Annualleave:Employeesenjoycorrespondingdaysofannualleaveaccordingtotheirworkingyears,andthespecificstandardsare[detailedannualleavestandards].(四)迟到、早退与旷工1.迟到早退:迟到或早退15分钟以内每次扣除[具体金额];迟到或早退超过15分钟按旷工半天处理。Lateorearlyleave:Iflateorleaveearlywithin15minutes,adeductionof[specificamount]willbemadeeachtime;iflateorleaveearlyformorethan15minutes,itwillberegardedashalfadayofabsenteeism.2.旷工:旷工半天扣除当日工资的[倍数],旷工1天扣除当日工资的[倍数]及当月绩效奖金的[比例];连续旷工3天或累计旷工5天以上,公司有权解除劳动合同。Absenteeism:Forhalfadayofabsenteeism,[multiple]timesofthedailywagewillbededucted;for1dayofabsenteeism,[multiple]timesofthedailywageand[percentage]ofthemonthlyperformancebonuswillbededucted;ifabsentfromworkcontinuouslyfor3daysorcumulativelyformorethan5days,thepanyhastherighttoterminatethelaborcontract.四、薪酬福利制度(一)薪酬结构员工薪酬由基本工资、绩效工资、奖金等部分组成。Employeesalaryconsistsofbasicsalary,performancesalary,bonuses,etc.(二)工资发放公司每月[具体日期]发放工资,如遇节假日提前至最近的工作日发放。Thepanypayssalariesonthe[specificdate]ofeachmonth.Ifitfallsonaholiday,itwillbeadvancedtothenearestworkingday.(三)绩效工资根据员工绩效考核结果发放绩效工资,绩效考核周期为[具体周期,如月度/季度]。Performancesalaryispaidaccordingtotheemployee'sperformanceappraisalresults.Theperformanceappraisalcycleis[specificcycle,suchasmonthly/quarterly].(四)奖金1.年终奖金:根据公司年度经营业绩和员工个人表现发放。Yearendbonus:Issuedaccordingtothepany'sannualbusinessperformanceandindividualemployeeperformance.2.项目奖金:对于完成特定项目的团队或个人,给予项目奖金。Projectbonus:Projectbonusesaregiventoteamsorindividualswhopletespecificprojects.(五)福利1.社会保险:公司按照国家规定为员工缴纳养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、工伤保险和生育保险。Socialinsurance:Thepanypaysoldageinsurance,medicalinsurance,unemploymentinsurance,workrelatedinjuryinsuranceandmaternityinsuranceforemployeesinaccordancewithnationalregulations.2.住房公积金:根据员工工资情况,按照一定比例缴纳住房公积金。Housingprovidentfund:Payhousingprovidentfundaccordingtoacertainproportionbasedontheemployee'ssalary.3.带薪年假:如前文所述。Paidannualleave:Asmentionedabove.4.节日福利:在法定节假日为员工发放节日礼品或补贴。Holidaybenefits:Distributeholidaygiftsorsubsidiestoemployeesonlegalholidays.5.培训与发展:为员工提供各类培训机会,支持员工职业发展。Traininganddevelopment:Providevarioustrainingopportunitiesforemployeestosupporttheircareerdevelopment.五、绩效考核制度(一)考核目的通过绩效考核,评估员工工作表现,为薪酬调整、晋升、奖励、培训等提供依据。Throughperformanceappraisal,evaluateemployees'workperformanceandprovideabasisforsalaryadjustment,promotion,rewards,training,etc.(二)考核周期分为月度考核和年度考核,月度考核为[具体考核时间],年度考核结合月度考核结果进行综合评定。Itisdividedintomonthlyappraisalandannualappraisal.Themonthlyappraisalisconductedon[specificappraisaltime],andtheannualappraisalisprehensivelyevaluatedinbinationwiththemonthlyappraisalresults.(三)
