考点一名词性从句的种类

【知识积累•练前热身】

名词性从句包括主语从句、宾语从句、表语从句和同位语从句。

1.主语从句:在复合句中作主句的主语,通常放在句首,但有时为了平衡句子结构,会用it作形式

主语,而把主语从句后置。例如:

Thathewilletoourpartyiscertain.(他会来参加我们的派对是确定的。“Thathewilletoourparty”是

主语从句)

Itisstrangethathedidn'tpasstheexam.(他没通过考试很奇怪。“It”是形式主语,"thathedidn'tpassthe

exam”是真正的主语从句)

2.宾语从句:在及物动词或介词后作宾语。例如:

Iknowthatheisagoodstudent.(我知道他是个好学生。“thatheisagoodstudent”作“know”的宾语

从句)

Sheisworriedaboutwhethershecancatchthetrain.(她担心是否能赶上火车。"whethershecancatchthe

train”作“about”的宾语从句)

3.表语从句:在系动词之后作表语。例如:

Theproblemisthatwedon'thaveenoughtime.(问题是我们没有足够的时间。"thatwedon'thave

enough是表语从句)

Itlooksasifitisgoingtorain.(看起来好像要下雨了。“asifitisgoingtorain^^是表语从句)

4.同位语从句:对前面的名词作进一步解释说明,同位语从句一般跟在fact,idea,news,promise,

thought,message,suggestion,word(消息)等抽象名词后面。例如:

Thenewsthatourteamwonthegamemadeusexcited.(我们队赢了比赛的消息让我们很兴奋。"thatour

teamwonthegame''是"news”的同位语从句)

考点二名词性从句的引导词

【知识积累•练前热身】

1.连接词:that,whether,if

that无意义,在从句中不充当成分,只起连接作用,在宾语从句中有时可省略,但在主语从句、

表语从句和同位语从句中一般不省略。例如:

Thefactthatheisrichisknowntoall.(他很富有这个事实众所周知。主语从句,that不可省略)

Ithink(that)heisright.(我认为他是对的。宾语从句,that可省略)

whether和if表示“是否”,在宾语从句中可互换,但在主语从句、表语从句和同位语从句中只能

用whether,且whether可与ornot连用,if不能。例如:

Whetherhewilleornotisstillaquestion.(他是否会来还是个问题。主语从句,只能用whether)

Idon'tknowif/whetherhewille.(我不知道他是否会来。宾语从句,if和whether均可)

2.连接代词:what,who,whom,which,whose等

what在名词性从句中可作主语、宾语、表语等,表示“什么;…的东西/事情”。例如:

Whalhe$aidisveryimportant.(他所说的很重要v"Whathe$aid”作主语从句,what在从句中作

4.同位语从句与定语从句的区别:

同位语从句是对前面名词的内容进行解释说明,ihal在同位语从句中不充当成分;定语从句是对

前面名词进行修饰限定,关系代词that在定语从句中要充当成分(主语、宾语等)。例如:

Thenewsthatwewonthegameisexciting.(同位i吾从句,“thatwewonthegame”解释"news"的

内容,thal不充当成分)
