以便在以后毕业后能真正真正走入社会，能够适应国内外的经济形势的变化，并且能够在生活和

工作中很好的地处理各方面的问题，开始了我这个假期的化会实践。实践，就是把我们在学校所

学的理论知识，运用到客观实际中去，使自己所学的理论知识有用武之地。只学不实践，那么所

学的就等于零。理论应该与实践相结合。另一方面，实践可为以后找工作打基础。通过这段时间

的实习，学到一些在学校里学不到的东西.因为环境的不同，接触的人与事不同，从中所学的东

西自然就不一样了。要学会从实践中学习，从学习中实践。

正所谓"不以规矩不能成方圆”。超市作为一个经营单位，自然有自己的规矩。例如不许篡

位，不许随意换岗，不许随意闲逸聊天等等。像我，是负责在食品区的巧克力区站岗的，就不能

跑去生活用品区，更不能与同岗位的同事无视客人而侃侃而谈。在超市工作，必须有一个严谨的

心与一份严谨的态度。首先，这就表现在严格固定的上班时间。我的上班时间是早上8点到中

午12点半/免上是7点到10点半。超市服务员的工作看似简简单单地站站就可以了，但是，

只有真正从事这份工作后才知其艰辛。早上必须一早起床，睡眼惺怯地就要开始到达上班地点站

岗了，而且一站就是几个小时，这样一天站下来，脚都有点颤抖了，发软了。唯一休息的时间，

也就是上厕所的时间。而巨，作为一个合格的超市服务员，不能只是呆呆地站着，还必须适当的

补货。货架上的货物被顾客买走了，货架就有空位置了，这是，我们就得从仓库把同样的产品拿

来补到原来的位子上去。如果超市的顾客很多的话，不能只顾着补货，要看着点的，防止小偷的

偷窃行为。当然，不是每时每刻都有货上的。有时，货架上的.货物都补齐了，人就比较闲，但

是这个闲不能表现出来，必须找别的事情做的。超市是不允许养一个懒惰的员工的。所以，这个

时候还得负责所在位置的清洁工作，要货架与食物看起来时刻都那么地光鲜亮丽，这样客人才有

购买欲。除此之外，员工还必须掌握所负责区域的相关知识。比如我负责的是巧克力区，那么我

在现今社会，就业问题就似乎总是围绕在我们的身边,成了说不完的话题。招聘会上的*都

总写着“有经验者优先"，可还在校园里面的我们这班学子社会经验又会拥有多少呢?为了拓展

自身的知识面，扩大与社会的接触面，增加个人在社会竞争中的经验，锻炼和提高自己的能力，

以便在以后毕业后能真正真正走入社会，能够适应国内外的经济形势的变化，并且能够在生活和

工作中很好的地处理各方面的问题，开始了我这个假期的社会实践。实践，就是把我们在学校所

学的理论知识，运用到客观实际中去，使自己所学的理论知识有用武之地。只学不实践，那么所

学的就等于零。理论应该与实践相结合。另一方面，实践可为以后找工作打基础。通过这段时间

的实习，学到一些在学校里学不到的东西。因为环境的不同，接触的人与事不同，从中所学的东

西自然就不一样了。要学会从实践中学习，从学习中实践。

正所谓"不以规矩不能成方圆”。超市作为一个经营单位，自然有自己的规矩。例如不许篡

位，不许随意换岗，不许随意闲逸聊天等等。像我，是负责在食品区的巧克力区站岗的，就不能

跑去生活用品区，更不能与同岗位的同事无视客人而侃侃而谈。在超市工作，必须有一个严谨的

心'与一份严谨的态度。首先，这就表现在严格固定的上班时间。我的上班时间是早上8点到中

午12点半，B免上是7点到10点半。超市服务员的工作看似简简单单地站站就可以了，但是，

只有真正从事这份工作后才知其艰辛。早上必须一早起床，睡眼惺怯地就要开始到达上班地点站

岗了，而且一站就是几个小时，这样一天站下来，脚都有点颤抖了，发软了.唯T木息的时间，

也就是上厕所的时间。而且，作为一个合格的.超市服务员，不能只是呆呆地站着,还必须适当

的补货。货架上的货物被顾客买走了，货架就有空位置了，这是，我们就得从仓库把同样的产品

拿来补到原来的位子上去。如果超市的顾客很多的话，不能只顾着补货，要看着点的，防止小偷

的偷窃行为。当然，不是每时每刻都有货上的。有时，货架上的货物者昧卜齐了，人就比较闲，但

是这个闲不能表现出来，必须找别的事情做的。超市是不允许养一个懒情的员工的。所以，这个

时候还得负责所在位置的清洁工作，要货架与食物看起来时刻都那么地光鲜亮丽，这样客人才有

购买欲。除此之外，员工还必须掌握所负责区域的相关知识。比如我负责的是巧克力区，那么我

就必须掌握巧克力的相关知识，包括热量，价格，味道等等。顾客就是上帝，当顾客问到相关问

题时，我们就能答得上话，尽忠尽职了。

作为一个大学生，通过寒假打工我认识到这是其参加社会实践活动的形式之一，也是勤工俭

学的有效途径;大学生打工是发展教育的需要，也是学生自身发展的需要的;而且大学生打工也可

以增强自身竞争力。从学校教育的角度来看，大学生打工，可以在一定程度上弥补我国现行大学

教育体系中书本知识与社会实践严重脱节的缺陷，提高大学生的社会实践能力，增加大学生的社
