anch:[PartyA'sBankNameandBranch]AccountName:[PartyA'sAccountName]AccountNumber:[PartyA'sBankAccountNumber]SWIFTCode(ifapplicable):[PartyA'sBankSWIFTCode]5.4还款方式：乙方应按以下第【例如：1】种方式偿还借款本金及利息：1.到期一次性还本付息：乙方应在借款期限届满之日（以下简称“到期日”）一次性将全部借款本金及累计应付利息足额支付至本条第5.3款约定的甲方银行账户。2.分期付息，到期还本：乙方应按月/季/年（选择其一）支付利息，具体为自放款日起每满【一个月/一个季度/一年】的对应日（如无对应日则为当月最后一个银行工作日）支付截至该日的应付利息，并在到期日一次性支付全部借款本金及最后一期利息。3.【其他双方约定的还款方式】5.4RepaymentMethod:PartyBshallrepaytheLoanPrincipalandinterestinaccordancewiththefollowingMethod[e.g.,1]:1.Repaymentofprincipalandinterestinalumpsumatmaturity:PartyBshall,onthematuritydateoftheLoanterm(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"MaturityDate"),paytheentireLoanPrincipalandaccumulatedinterestinfulltoPartyA'sbankaccountasagreedinClause5.3ofthisArticle.2.Interestpaidininstallments,principalrepaidatmaturity:PartyBshallpayinterestmonthly/quarterly/annually(chooseone),specifically,onthecorrespondingdateofeach[month/quarter/year]aftertheDisbursementDate(orthelastbankingbusinessdayofthemonthifthereisnocorrespondingdate),paytheinterestpayableuptothatdate,andpaytheentireLoanPrincipalandthelastinstallmentofinterestinalumpsumontheMaturityDate.3.[OtherrepaymentmethodsagreedbybothParties]5.5如乙方提前还款，应至少提前【例如：十五个工作日】书面通知甲方，并取得甲方的书面同意。提前还款的利息计算至实际还款日止。对于提前还款，双方约定【例如：不收取违约金/收取相当于提前还款金额【例如：百分之一】的违约金】。5.5IfPartyBintendstorepaytheLoaninadvance,itshallgivePartyAawrittennoticeatleast[e.g.,fifteenworkingdays]inadvanceandobtainPartyA'swrittenconsent.Interestforearlyrepaymentshallbecalculateduptotheactualrepaymentdate.Regardingearlyrepayment,thePartiesagreethat[e.g.,nopenaltywillbecharged/apenaltyequivalentto[e.g.,onepercent]oftheearlyrepaymentamountwillbecharged].第六条费用承担(Article6:CostBearing)6.1因本次借款所产生的银行转账手续费、电讯费等费用，由【例如：甲方承担甲方汇出时的费用，乙方承担乙方汇入及汇出时的费用/或双方各自承担己方产生的费用/或由借款方承担所有相关费用】。6.2除非本协议另有约定，双方为履行本协议各自发生的律师费、咨询费（如有）等其他费用，由双方各自承担。6.2Unlessotherwiseagreedherein,eachPartyshallbearitsownlegalfees,consultingfees(ifany)andotherexpensesincurredfortheperformanceofthisAgreement.第七条陈述与保证(Article7:RepresentationsandWarranties)7.1甲方保证：(1)其是依法设立并有效存续的【自然人/法人或其他组织】，拥有签署和履行本协议的合法权利和能力。(2)其用于出借的资金来源合法。(3)向乙方提供的与本协议相关的信息真实、准确、完整。7.1PartyAwarrantsthat:(1)Itisalegallyestablishedandvalidlyexisting[naturalperson/legalpersonorotherorganization]andhasthelegalrightandcapacitytosignandperformthisAgreement.(2)Thesourceofthefundsitlendsislegal.7.2乙方保证：(1)其是依法设立并有效存续的【自然人/法人或其他组织】，拥有签署和履行本协议的合法权利和能力。(2)向甲方提供的个人/公司信息、财务状况及借款用途等信息真实、准确、完整，未隐瞒任何重大不利事实。(3)将严格按照本协议约定的用途使用借款。(4)承诺按期足额偿还借款本金和利息。7.2PartyBwarrantsthat:(1)Itisalegallyestablishedandvalidlyexisting[naturalperson/legalpersonorotherorganization]andhasthelegalrightandcapacitytosignandperformthisAgreement.(3)ItwillstrictlyusetheLoaninaccordancewiththeagreedpurposeherein.(4)ItundertakestorepaytheLoanPrincipalandinterestinfullandontime.第八条违约责任(Article8:LiabilityforBreach)8.1若甲方未能按本协议约定的时间足额支付借款本金，每逾期一日，应向乙方支付逾期未付金额【例如：万分之五】的违约金，但因乙方原因或不可抗力导致的延迟除外。逾期超过【例如：三十日】，乙方有权解除本协议。8.1IfPartyAfailstopaytheLoanPrincipalinfullonthedateagreedherein,itshallpayPartyBapenaltyof[e.g.,fiveten-thousandths]oftheoverdueunpaidamountforeachdayofdelay,exceptfordelayscausedbyPartyBorforcemajeure.Ifthedelayexceeds[e.g.,thirtydays],PartyBshallhavetherighttoterminatethisAgreement.8.2若乙方未按本协议约定的用途使用借款，甲方有权立即宣布借款提前到期，要求乙方立即偿还全部借款本金、已产生的利息及承担本协议约定的违约责任。8.2IfPartyBfailstousetheLoanfortheagreedpurpose,PartyAshallhavetherighttoimmediatelydeclaretheLoandueanddemandPartyBtoimmediatelyrepaytheentireLoanPrincipal,accruedinterestandassumeliabilityforbreachofcontractasagreedherein.8.3若乙方未能按本协议约定的时间足额偿还借款本金或支付利息，每逾期一日，应按逾期金额的【例如：万分之五】向甲方支付逾期罚息，直至全部款项清偿完毕之日止。逾期罚息=逾期本金金额×逾期罚息利率×逾期天数逾期罚息利率为本协议第三条约定的借款年利率基础上加收【例如：百分之三十】。8.3IfPartyBfailstorepaytheLoanPrincipalorpayinterestinfullonthedateagreedherein,itshall
